It is a decent mall - not super big and very easy to navigate. it might be hard to find parking at (shopping) rush hours (for example, Sat or Sun after 11am). good TTC access (either 506 streetcar, or 72 Pape bus just two blocks away, that takes you to Danforth/line 2). There is Walmart, Home Depot, Staples, Winners, Ardene, Top Cuts, Dollar Store, Planet Fitness gym (honestly, I miss the semi-outlet clothing stores that it replaced), and many smaller stores. There is Service Canada location on the second floor. the mall is accessible (ramps and elevators) although the east entrance seems to be lagging behind - for example the push to open for wheelchairs button doesn't work when you try to enter from the parking elevator on the upper shopping level. There is also Food Basic store that can be accessed from the mall, but it also has a separate entrance, as the store has longer hours than the mall. There is a small food court on the ground level, and a large food stand/shop on the second level. In warmer months it can be hard to find a spot not only for a car, but also for a bicycle - there is a rack by the main (west) entrance but usually it is full. Overall shopping there is a good experience, although not too fancy but also not too expensive. There is also Tim Hortons (with a separate entrance from Gerrard St. E). Washrooms available on the second floor, also inside of bigger stores (like Walmart, Home Depot or Winners). Keep in mind that the mall closes fairly early on Saturdays - at 6pm they lock up the...

Maybe one of the most out of date malls I have ever been to. Living and working locally I do often need to come by here as some of their big box stores have no locations even remotely nearby. If they were available elsewhere, there would be no circumstance that I would set foot here.

Starting in the parking lot, there are zero controls, and especially in the winter the furthest reaches of the parking lot are like the wild west; completely uncontrolled and uncleared. I've never seen more arguments, fights, or accidents in a parking lot on a regular basis and it seems that management do nothing about it.

The mall itself feels incredibly out of date while being an incredibly usable space which could have a lot done to it. I'm not sure if it is a lack of desire to invest in it that keeps it feeling like a 3rd class mall, or if there is actual reasoning behind but I plead with ownership to do something about it.

The store selection includes a few major cornerstones and then low grade, useless stores and kiosks which must just be convenient rent for the ownership. What I would do to have it turn into a mall welcoming in small business options and small crafts to have pop-up or permanent space, or going after larger more established stores offering quality product and services.

As is, there is no reason to go to Gerrard Square. Ever. I hope this space can become something great, rather than the pool of mediocrity...

It's ok, it's been around since I was a child, so 80's, they redid the place, home depot, small food court staples, winners upstairs, dollar store, and a walmart, it has a small food court with kfc, and a bank, its kinda like what you would see in a strip mall in ottawa or outside toronto but inside. It has a food basics also, but I would make sure it hasn't been opened before buy sour cream or dairy. It has a mcdonalds outside (no drive in), inside is decent.

it serves china town, and north pape and Gerrard area, so its not high income, more for working class mid to low income people, so at least you get somewhat good prices. Don't bother with the website, it updates once a year, doesn't update positions for jobs, it has stores that closed long ago on the site, and hours of operation that don't reflect when walmart opens there, honestly it's a joke site, I'm pretty sure it has no real IT person working it, I think they hire someone once every two years to update it.

plus side, has outside parking in the back, in the front and in a parking garage on the front side side, please remember to park in the front outside at night, even with security I wouldn't risk garage or the back as the back has ZERO traffic to prevent theft or promote woman safety, if its after dark there is plenty of parking in the front, I say this because there is drug rehab and other community services nearby that are unrelated to...

This place has stores and kiosks to shop in. That is a pro. Also there is a parking lot. Other than that it seems they have terrible management. Even in nice weather people smoke wherever they want, so that every time I need to go there I have to walk through a cloud of smoke (front entrance is a smoking lounge practically). I am not even sure what security does there at all. Everyone parks in the fire zone in the back. Nobody is ever ticketed or towed (I have seen the same cars there when I go in as when I go out an hour later or so). Again, security? My dental hygienist who is a slight young woman) says they make all employees park in the furthest spots in their raised parking lot. That is a terrible policy that puts her and others at risk. One more time, security?

One of Toronto’s / GTA iconic malls. Great 👍 deals, a smaller / large food 🥘 court, as well as it’s fulfil all your shopping 🛍️ 🛒 needs. Plenty of parking 🅿️. It as wheelchair ♿️ 🦽 🦼 accessible & public transport. There is Walmart, Home Depot, Staples, Winners, Bell, Ardene, Top Cuts, Dollar Store, and many smaller stores. There is also Food Basic store that can be accessed from the mall, but it also has a separate entrance, as the store has longer hours than the mall. In warmer months it can be hard to find a spot not only for a car, but also for a bicycle - there is a rack by the main (west) entrance but usually it is full.
