LET ME TELL YOU... By far am I rich by far do I have a lot of money but the quality the service the deals the specials the markdowns and the way that Rowan and staff took care of me I tell you I have never felt so appreciated and recognized and cared about let me tell you that now I don't blow hot air that's not who I am I believe that good service should always get recognized unfortunately here in Ontario people don't like to push positivity in my opinion they allowed negativity to overcome everything. Buying furniture is huge is what we use to fulfill. Avoid is what we use to make our house still at home and moving into my first condo and having furniture that is exceptionally beautiful, great quality and a fantastic price. I couldn't shop anywhere else but here I do know this company. He's been in business for years and I now understand why so regardless of what your income is, whether you think you are the bottom of the bottom which is not true. But if you can afford to shop somewhere make this your first place and I was honest with Rowan. I told him what my budget was and he was blunt. He was direct but kind and he always had an option for me. So genuinely don't go anywhere else and they have prompt delivery. They're very accommodating and what I can say. Both as always they give a damn. I wanted to cry because they moved by furniture so quickly and I'm proud of my home but it was still empty. I have a few more items that I need to get from them but I'm very happy and their staff or awesome. Especially the owner she's a doll. #parlimentfurniturerocks

So I would give this 11 out of 10 and my experience, was priceless.

My boyfriend and I bought a couch, bed, table and chairs, dressers, end tables and a mirror from here in March 2020 and every single thing we bought has fallen apart, the couch is completely awful and had sunken in (collapsed) and the fabric coverings have broken and ripped open to reveal foam that is crumbling, the chairs that came with the table the fabric ripped just by sitting on them and there is literally plastic bags inside, the dresser drawers are rickety and falling off, the table they gave us was scratched to begin with and the bed fell apart simply by sitting on it the wood literally snapped in multiple places and when we asked them to fix it because of how faulty it was they told us that I had to delete my negative review and write a new one, when they sell furniture that is literally not designed to even endure daily things that it is supposed to, we were gentle with all the things we got, they broke simply by using them. I would not suggest you buy anything from this store it is just awful quality! We regret buying everything for our new apartment from here, WORST FURNITURE EVER!!!! It’s cheap and now I know why!! I have ordered from this furniture store on multiple occasions. I’ve even gone into the store and was blown away at how laid back, friendly and sincere the employees are. I believe it is a family owned business and not sure if the employees are part of the family, but they’re great people. The advice they give you is honest. They’re not pushy sales people using whatever sales tactics to get you to buy something from the store. The last time I was in the store my concerns about buying the right bed frame for my spouse and i were heard. Again, they weren’t trying to sell me a $1000 bed frame for the sake of the sale, rather they listened and agreed with the alternative that was much cheaper in price. On top of that, the free delivery and the service you get from the delivery guys somehow is also exceptional. I’m a huge proponent of shopping and supporting local. Parliament makes it easy for me to do this. Highly recommend this store especially if you’re in the city (Toronto) and even if you’re outside...
