I am no Lady Whistledown, albeit I art to leave a proper review on Queen’s Park through a Victorian lens. Dearest reader, if one were to seek a locale that epitomizes the pinnacle of genteel leisure and natural splendor, Queens Park would undoubtedly stand unrivaled. Nestled gracefully within our esteemed city, this park is a jewel of pastoral beauty, a veritable paradise where one might promenade with the utmost elegance. Imagine, if you will, strolling along the immaculate pathways, where the verdant shrubbery, arranged with exquisite precision, frames each step with a regal charm befitting Her Majesty’s own gardens. It is here that one’s senses are enraptured by the harmonious interplay of light and shadow upon the lush foliage, creating an ever-changing tapestry of green that is both delightful and serene. As the soft murmur of the breeze gently caresses the treetops, the air is filled with the sweet perfume of blossoms in full bloom, a heady bouquet that intoxicates the spirit and elevates the soul. One cannot help but be captivated by the vivid palette of the flowerbeds, each petal contributing to a symphony of colors that dance in the sunlight. The lawns, impeccably manicured, provide a verdant carpet where one might recline and ponder the whims of fate and fortune. In every nook and cranny of Queens Park, there lies a scene of bucolic enchantment, a perfect setting for clandestine meetings and whispered confidences. Indeed, dear reader, Queens Park is a sanctuary of unparalleled beauty and grace, where the splendor of nature and the sophistication of society meet in harmonious accord. Almost as good as madame Delacroix’s fine establishment.

🌳 Queens Park, Toronto 🏛️ 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 What a delightful oasis in the heart of the city! 🌇🌳 Queens Park is an absolute gem that combines lush greenery, historical significance, and a vibrant atmosphere all in one place. 🌿🏰 The park itself is well-maintained, offering a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of urban life. I love Queen's Park, and during the pandemic it became one of my Offices, when I could no longer go into the Studio to work. It's one of the safer of TO's parks and there are lots of little spots if you want privacy for rest or to get a task done. The focal point of this aptly-named circular park finds itself in the centre surrounding a rather substantial statue (man-of-yesteryear on horse) Perfect for people-watching' or to strike up a conversation with an interesting looking stranger. The over-arching energy is established by the mostly University of Toronto students that hang out there as well as the dog and dog owners going about their business. Late night this park is certainly a hub for cruising -- particularly for gay men, which makes sense, with the Church-Wellesley Gay-bourhood in such close proximity -- Queen's Park indeed ;) And I mean that in no disparaging way. Toronto is one of the most socially progressive cities in the world, which is something to be well-proud of.

Queen's Park in Toronto is a nice relief. Right in the middle, you'll find an impressive statue of King Edward VII on a horse, which gives the park a unique charm. It's a popular spot, especially with students and faculty from the nearby University of Toronto, so there's appears to always a lively, friendly atmosphere. The park is perfect for a leisurely walk, a picnic, or just sitting on a bench and enjoying the greenery. It’s got a great mix of nature, history, and good vibes, a few tents, but on the whole making it a wonderful escape from the city noise. Definitely a must-visit if you're around and love green. Also contains established white oak trees and other Northern American trees.

Political and Public Crosspoint Here at this important point meet Government officials, politicians, and citizens for various events. Parliamentary meetings to discuss and debate public laws and Acts are held here. This is where Government and Public Citizenship matters. Recently attended a dual nationality type of event, Philippines Independence day celebrating a foreign immigrant country's nationhood by a flag raising. Before that a female citizen protested against Government spending $120,000 of public tax funds on a giant rubber duck as media interviewed for television. This is an important place for political issues for both Government officials and Public citizens.

One of the nicer parks I’ve been to! Really enjoyed my time here. It’s not the biggest park but its very well kept with some great sights. I was able to walk it in 15-20 minutes and see everything I wanted to. The Lt governor building is amazing. Truly a unique building in the middle of Toronto. You have to check it out. Not sure if you can go in or not but I would imagine they do tours. I also love the view of downtown toronto you get facing the other way. There was even some sort of festival going on with a ton of different booths. There were books, food, clothes and more. It really addes to the overall vibe. Highly recommend!
