From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with warm smiles and a genuinely inviting atmosphere. The team at Gatherwell really knows how to make you feel at home. The sauna experience was top-notch. I could feel the stress melting away as soon as I stepped inside. But the real highlight for me was the cold plunge. Talk about invigorating! It was like a shock to the system in the best possible way, leaving me feeling refreshed and recharged. But what truly sets Gatherwell apart is the sense of community. It's not just a place to relax; it's a place to connect with others who are on similar wellness journeys. I met some incredible people and had some great conversations that added to the whole experience. If you're looking for a place to unwind, recharge, and be part of a supportive community, Gatherwell is where you want to be. I can't recommend it enough! Stay awesome and keep evolving, Dai Manuel

This was an awesome experience. It was my first time doing something like this, and it felt like an easy and affordable introduction to a new wellness practice. I'll admit I was a little nervous and wasn't sure what kind of people to expect. Would they be hardcore folks who would be annoyed by my lack of experience or judge me for only being able to plunge for 30 seconds? Would they think my mermaid swimsuit was ridiculous? Nope. The small group had varying levels of experience and everyone was super friendly and respectful of each other's space and practice. The staff were warm and inviting too. The sauna, tubs, change rooms, and seating area were so clean and tranquil. I can see the benefits of doing this regularly and I will absolutely be back to this relaxing gem in the city.

I had a good time at gatherwell and enjoyed my time there. The space was clean and the host was attentive. However, the electric stove took a while to get hot enough so the first couple cycles I did were not as good as I had hoped. I also felt rushed at the end when the next cohort of guests were arriving, so having more time in between the cohorts would be better. The cold plunge pools were definitely cold enough though! Special shout out to sauna host Nick for dealing with an essential oil mishap (sorry about your watering eyes!) with such grace. I will probably return as it's centrally located, but hope that the sauna stove situation can improve to get those temperatures up at the start of the session. Thanks for creating this lovely space and I hope my feedback is useful! :)

Absolutely thrilled to share my wonderful experience from last night at the local cold plunge and sauna! From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with warmth and friendliness by both the host and other guests, setting the tone for an incredible visit.

The host's welcoming demeanor instantly put me at ease, making me feel like I was among friends. Their knowledge and passion for the cold plunge and sauna experience were evident as they guided me through the process, ensuring I felt comfortable every step of the way.

What truly stood out was the sense of community fostered by both the host and fellow guests. We exchanged stories, tips, and laughter, creating a supportive and inclusive atmosphere. It felt like a gathering of like-minded individuals all seeking relaxation and rejuvenation.

The cold plunge and sauna themselves were top-notch. The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and provided the perfect environment for unwinding. After alternating between the invigorating cold plunge and the soothing sauna sessions, I emerged feeling refreshed, revitalized, and ready to take on the world.

Overall, my experience at the local cold plunge and sauna exceeded my expectations, thanks in large part to the friendly host and wonderful guests. I can't wait to return for another dose of relaxation and camaraderie. Highly recommended for anyone looking to treat themselves to a truly...

Went here with a few friends, definitely a nice and affordable gem in the city!

Pros: Well built sauna, and we loved the fireplace and tower. The towel robes were a nice touch! Parking is affordable nearby $1/hr on a weekend Hosts are friendly and respect your space -Everything is clean and tidy and they provide hot water, tea, and some light music in the background! It's very affordable with a large group

Cons: The sauna and baths are not cleaned between groups. You sort of start late (waiting for other group to leave) and end early (new group arriving), so don't expect to have the full time even if you came early.

Nice to know:

The contact number goes straight to voicemail, and they only respond by text message. The location is literally in a back alley, those in the 2nd floor offices across can see you, or if you look hard enough through the cloth covering the fence. In case you require privacy for religious and/or personal reasons. There is no sheltered waiting area, so if you arrive early you will wait outside in the alley so def bring an umbrella if it's raining!

Fun experience, definitely something different to try with...

I didn't know what to expect as a first timer so my expectations were reserved - and I was really pleasantly surprised!

They've done a great job of creating a nice atmosphere despite being technically a parking area in the alley - I forgot where I was!

The community session with the robes, plus the tea and cute change rooms were nice touches that made it feel like a special experience. I'm having trouble remembering our host's name, but he was super welcoming and helpful.

As a first time plunger, I enjoyed the different temperatures to try and the timers were handy!

The sauna was hot - perfect! It seems compared to earlier reviews they've worked to make it reach nice temperature. Loved the ice balls for the sauna too!

Price point felt super accessible for a nearly 2 hour session. It was a quiet time (mid morning on a Monday), but the host told us it can be full during weekends and evenings which isn't a negative - just a different vibe with more conversation and something I'd...
