I walked up to the info booth/concession stand and the girl sitting at the counter completely ignored me. She was pushing some papers around, so I waited until she was done. She then looked up at me and just stared at me, like I was annoying her for standing there. I said “uhhh, can I order something?” And she’s like “yea” and I was like “You know what, never mind, you’re clearly very busy.” And walked away.
I have never had good customer service from anyone who works at this booth. No “Hi! How are you?” or “How can I help you?” No, instead they act like you’re annoying them by going up to their booth.

They charged me for both aquarium and the carriages despite only wanting the aquarium (mistakes happen I get it) and the carriages not even bein available at the time anyway. But now I've been trying for the last 4 days to get the money they mistakenly charged me back. Read moreStanley park information booth side walk has the best views of vancouver downtown. A must view spot. The horse carriage rides also starts from here. There are washroom for both male & female and are accessible there were no diaper changing stations unfortunately. Ample parking however parking throughout Stanley park is paid and cost about 7$ for an hour and half which we felt enough to strol around enitre stanly park on the go.
