Did both my kids birthday parties here (combo package) in the smaller party room and have no complaints. Staff was very organized and help guide you with the flow of the party. The room was clean and had some decor, there was a banner with the kids name on the door to make it obvious, all you need to show up with is snacks, cake, and drinks, and then have some food delivered - so there’s very little prep involved. Here are my tips - have the parents drop kids off at the Easy Park lot 10 and then walk to kids market along the seawall. This way, everyone gets to show up at the same time and you save parents from having to drive the entire loop on Granville island or have to show up late because they couldn’t find parking. Having the kids all enter the playground at the same time is a much more enjoyable experience rather than having them come in one at a time. My other tip (for arcade package) is tuck the “bonus 100 ticket” cards in the kids goodie bags for the end for when they cash in their prizes. The kids use their baggie of tokens to play arcade games and will collect physical tickets so you’ll need extra sets of hands to help the kids learn the games and keep the tickets separate; we played them in their labeled goodie bags as they played; plus actually cashing tickets in takes time so plan to be done playing arcade games in advance so you have time to help them pick out their prizes (younger kids will have a hard time because they can’t do math or figure out what they can get with their tickets). Again, I would say extra adults will be useful for this. It can get a bit hectic but that’s just the nature of kids birthdays 😅 I would recommend this experience to anyone planning a kids birthday - as I find the value really good - the staff were extremely helpful, kind, and accommodating, and even entered the playground to help referee when some bigger kids got rough with my kids party. They kept our pizza in a warmer and drinks in a fridge. All-in-all, a successful and fun...

We went here today. When my husband paid for our son he was told that we didn’t have to stay on the premises and could come back any time before 6 to pick him up. We wrote our number on his wristband and were given a number that corresponded with his and told we needed this number to pick him up. We were a little weary to leave him there because we thought he might not like it so we left for 5 mins and would come back and check on him. After doing this a couple times we left for half an hour. We came back and we could not see our son anywhere in the play structure. We were starting to panic but thought he may just be somewhere we couldn’t see him. I then found him in the arcade, this is NOT in the secure area and he would require a parent to get him out of there. He could easily have gotten lost, walked out of the building, been taken by someone, or any number of possibilities. We told the staff and the girl giggled and said “ I thought his dad was here” my husband said “I’m his dad”. She said nothing else. This is NOT a secure place to leave your child. The staff are completely careless and we are lucky that our son was fine and did not get lost in the busy market or worse. Absolutely disgusted. Be warned do not leave your child here. If you are staying on the premises fine but make sure you can always see your kid (which can be tricky cuz it’s multiple levels). This is not a trustworthy place and I’m still sick to my stomach that my three year old was wandering around by himself and when staff were notified they...

Just commenting on the soft play area, we didn't engage with anything else here. This was probably the worst designed soft play we've ever been to. The slide is fun but other than that it's very cramped and claustrophobic to navigate and messy, with bigger kids pushing and shoving to get around.

Our little one is nearly three and I went in with her and I'm glad that I did, it was pretty hard for me to get around the space. She ended up being scared because we were stuck in child traffic trying to navigate the cramped stair system. Its very tight and at one point everyone got stuck and not really able to move. She was crying and I had to comfort her while the other kids pushed and shoved their way past.

I understand they might be limited on space but it was horrible in there and it wasn't even that busy. If you have bigger confident kids they would probably enjoy it, if you have younger toddlers or easily spooked kids, avoid this place. You cant normally drag my outgoing daughter out of a soft play but she was asking to leave this one and that...

On a positive note, the playground offers an impressive variety of play equipment and activities that cater to children. The diversity of options ensures in such a small place that children can engage in physical play, imaginative exploration, and social interaction, creating a well-rounded recreational experience. However, my primary concern pertains to the safety of the playground, specifically regarding the slide. During my recent visit, I observed that it appeared to pose a safety risk to children. The design and high speed of this slide raise apprehensions, particularly in terms of potential accidents or injuries. I strongly believe that the safety of children should be paramount in any recreational facility, and I kindly urge the management to assess and address the safety issues associated with this slide promptly. In conclusion, the playground's offerings in terms of activities are commendable and contribute positively to the community. However, ensuring the safety of all equipment, particularly the slide in question, should be of utmost importance.

Ok so this place is a blast! A bit tricky to figure out how everything works but we got it and had a blast in the meantime. There is parking in various spots around Granville Island and it was cheaper to park there than I expected. We played in the indoor playground and on the games. The tickets spewing out was really fun! Some places have gotten rid of the paper tickets and just use a card but not this place! Also, the amenities were all clean and the food was hot and reasonably priced. Was surprised how clean the place was considering how busy it was in there. All in all....had a blast and would go back again. Like a mini PNE on an island 🤣

Are you serious, this place is seriously run down. Half the games are broken at any given time. Spending 25$ for less than an hour is just a waste of money. They have put so many ticket games that there are not really anything fun for young kids to play. Like seriously there are 14 gambling ticket machines out of maybe 20. They have even just spent more money to install literal gambling coin drop machines. They have claw machines but they are a total scam, I have never seen a claw machine with 2 arms that pinch the prize. Needless to say they is no possibility to win a prize. Not a nice place for the kids as much as it hurts to say.
