Winners & HomeSense — Attraction in Vaughan

I visit the Winners at Vaughan Mills quite frequently whenever I’m in the area, and my experiences there have been quite varied. One of the store's standout features is its extensive selection. They offer a great range of clothing, beauty products, and shoes, catering to diverse tastes and needs. Whether you’re on the hunt for a new wardrobe staple or just browsing for some beauty essentials, there’s always something appealing to find.

The store itself is impressively spacious and well-organized. The layout allows for comfortable browsing, and the different sections are logically arranged, which helps in finding what you’re looking for without feeling cramped. It’s clear that the store puts effort into maintaining an organized and accessible shopping environment.

That being said, there are some areas where the store could improve. One significant drawback is the lack of staff support, especially when it comes to locating specific sizes or items. Unlike other Winners locations, this store seems to have fewer employees available to assist customers, which can be a bit frustrating. If you need help finding something particular or require a different size, you might find yourself searching on your own.

Additionally, during peak times, particularly around the holiday season, the store can become quite busy. This increased foot traffic leads to longer checkout lines, which can be inconvenient if you’re in a hurry. On the positive side, the store does have multiple registers open to handle the large number of shoppers, which helps mitigate some of the wait times.

In summary, while Winners at Vaughan Mills offers a great selection of products and maintains a spacious, organized environment, the customer service experience could use some enhancement. The lack of available staff for assistance and the long lines during busy periods are worth noting. If you can manage without much help and don’t mind navigating through crowds, it’s still a worthwhile stop for a varied and enjoyable shopping...

I love Winners-Homesense because you can always find something unique at a great price. I shop at Winners and Homesense regularly, I just stopped at this location because it was on my way that day. However based on my recent experience, I will not be shopping at this location in the future.

I went to return two items with a Gift Receipt on 04/30/19, the representative at cash, Farzaneh, was extremely rude and dismissive. The items on the gift receipt wouldn't come up once scanned. She was so quick to say "Oh we cant do anything, we cant give your money back" and brush me off... I only wanted a store credit to use, as I had a Gift Receipt. Farzaneh was incredibly impatient and took no initiative to finding a solution. Shelly - the supervisor, on the other hand, took pride in her job, and attempted to find the relative price by inputting the information manually. When that didn't work, she quickly referred another representative to find identical, if not similar items (as the ones being returned), in order to make new tickets and return the 'right amount' as a store credit. I'm grateful that Shelly was near by and on-site at cash. Shelly I thank you for helping, and engaging with me in a courteous, humane manner.

This store definitely has the potential to be great, if its representatives interact and provide such customer service...

Not sure where to start… can’t complain about crowds because it’s always busy what I will complain about is customer service, waited in line maybe 10-15 minutes that’s ok super busy time but I get up to cash and the cashier doesn’t seem to know what she’s doing ? I have to explain to her how to input on the register the employee discount. Not her fault but Management should maybe train a but better? Anyways I had a pair of snow pants that said two piece so I asked if she can call someone to see if they could find second piece or get a reduction done because it is MISSING a piece. They call someone and they go check come back with nothing then we’re waiting on supervisor, she then sends out the same girl to check again comes back and nothing they ask around (at this point I’ve waiting 20 minutes from the beginning of my purchase ) all for the lady to say nope can’t give u anything off. That’s the price. Honestly from the moment I stood in line and everything I waited a solid 40 minutes ridiculous. Rebecca you did not help the situation at all i won’t be back. I left and they didn’t even take the sensor off the snow pants. I went back to my store explained the situation got the sensor off and a price reduction. Honestly it’s ridiculous . Worst...
