Really exceptional upgrades to the sidewalk, biking, boarding, & skating routes as well as top notch seating arrangements in both chair and picnic bench options. You can really improve the view and experience if go on a nice day and act like a true Victorian and say high to everyone. Don't take it personally when a few "just visitors" ignore or act like they're somewhere else. People are really starting to lose touch and Dallas rd is a place to get back in touch.
