This place was very average. The only thing good here was the churros. The view was okay although all you can see are buildings to the side and the horizon. The pier itself had a crane which has no function and not maintained. The look out was clean but really dull. There are also creepy guys there that approach women and don't know the concept of personal space (not sure if he frequents there but he forced a bracelet on my friends arm and forced a hug).
