I have been wanting to come here for a while and finally had the opportunity to come here for lunch. The lunch sets are all fairly priced in the range of 150-360 hkd. I opted for the 12 piece sushi lunch which comes to about 400 hkd after the 10% service charge is included. Great value for the quality and taste of the sushi. Highly recommend to come for lunch.

Food: 4.5 stars Service: 4.25 stars Environment: 4 stars Value: 4.5 stars Overall: 4.25 stars Recommendations: 12 piece sushi set

The 12 piece sushi set included 10 nigiri, one small hand roll and a six piece toro roll. Also comes with an egg custard, miso soup and choice of ice cream or coffee. I have a big appetite and I was definitely full after this meal.

Usually when I have an omakase lunch there will be a few items I don’t like very much but that wasn’t the case on my visit. Everything was really delicious. My favorites were the churo toro, aji, seared flounder,...

Sushi shin is the best kept secret in HK for sushi- hands down. The revamped interiors with adequate lighting temperature (finally!) now gives this place full scores on ambiance, freshness, execution, authenticity and price. Non pretentious and the real deal, chef wai and Kit execute the sushi bar with mesmerizing dexterity, professionalism, and friendliness. We come here weekly for the 10pc sushi lunch set at $260 (best deal in town) and the quality of the fish cannot be beat— fresh, pure and non fussy delivery always reliable. The omakase is also worth it for a special occasion as they amp up the fish selection and innovation for the...

Has a loyal local following which allows it to thrive in all economic conditions ...fish is very fresh and it’s really great if you go for premium menu which is where they really excel with abalone and uni which is to die for. Service can be a bit slow away from the sushi bar. Lunch is much better value than dinner but Chef Wai is very good and friendly. This is probably the premium sushi-ya’s on HK island for real sushi fans who don’t need a fancy environment to impress anyone which is really what you pay for at...

Located in Tai Hang, this Japanese restaurant offers a cozy haven to savor traditional sushi with a contemporary twist, always crafted from fresh, seasonal ingredients. They feature a range of lunch sets at different price points. Previously, diners could choose their seafood for sushi sets, but now it's all omakase style. The selection includes a diverse array of sushi, such as toro, uni, unagi, and many more. Seats are limited, so make sure to book ahead of time.

The restaurant is located in Tin hau, within walking distance from the MTR station. The entrance is very small, but inside the restaurant is quite spacious and nice. Sashimi is very fresh and tender, service is also attentive. Dinner has omakase menu around 1350 and more, but you can choose to order dishes separately. Food quality is excellent

Thoroughly enjoyed my lunch at this place. Really great quality sushi for the price. The ingredients tasted incredibly fresh and had some interesting twists on the standard sushi experience. Great ambiance, service, and food! Will definitely be making a return visit.
