Waffling Beans offer ALL DAY brunch, so you don’t have to rush to the restaurant before a certain time to qualify for the breakfast menu 🙈. All of their brunch items will have LIEGE WAFFLES 🧇 which is a richer more sweeter style of your typical waffle. So instead of your typical toast, you’ll get to try these Belgium style waffle paired with their syrup 🤤. . Highly recommend getting their Waffler’s Double Burger - they are double decker patties with tomatoes, cheese and BACON. It’s so hard to find a breakfast place in HK with bacon but they offer generous size of it 😍. Not to mention; those patties were soo juicy the juice spills out the minute you bite into it. . The best is also their drinks menu - so much variety! We got the smoothies as they were the healthier option 💪🏻. We got their immunity booster and avocado shake - and they did not cheap out on those ingredients; you taste all of the flavours in the drink which I appreciate 🤍 . most of their signature dishes here revolves around waffles, as the name suggests 🧇 i got their must-try: the signature double waffle burger🍔 it’s an interesting take on the classic burger, with waffles replacing the buns. the contrast between the savory fillings and the slightly sweet waffles was quite pleasant, and the patties were super juicy 😋

next up was the waffle dipped in s’mores. this one’s for those with a sweet tooth - rich, indulgent, with a lot of textures. such a fun & enjoyable dessert to devour🥰

to balance out all the waffles, i also tried their famous smoothies. the avocado smoothie was creamy and mild, but the berry smoothie stood out for me! it had a slushy-like consistency and a vibrant berry flavor that was refreshing after all the hearty waffles 🫐💙

the cafe itself is cozy, with a warm atmosphere that invites you to stay longer🏡 also had the chance to speak with the owner briefly and he’s super welcoming 🥹 it’s clear that he takes pride in what this place offers 🫶🏻

Overall pretty disappointing, table of four ordered on the same order we had over a 40 minute difference between the first person getting their meal and the last person getting theres, It should be pretty obvious a group would rather have all their food served at the same time.

The app allows you to specify how you want your eggs cooked, both people chose "over easy" both people served under cooked white's that hadn't been flipped. App menu also lets you choose additions like ketchup with the meal, both meals were served without and we had to request, what's the point of even having the selections in the app if they're disregarded?

Staff were polite and the location is great however the kitchen is either understaffed or menu is poorly optimized and the ingredients are sub par. No syrup served with waffles, cheap imitation ketchup that just tastes acrid and the sausages were poor quality. Won't be coming back for food but maybe a decent spot for a coffee/smoothie.

Oh and the best value looking item the "double burger" was...
