It's a must visit when in Macau. It isn't overcrowded whatsoever and once someone knows the history behind it and the connection to its name, the place becomes even more fascinating. Stalls and shops alongside the walking path and conviniently the whole street is a pedestrians only zone.

It’s just a short street with cobble stones and buildings reminiscent of the Portuguese era. There are many places to eat and buy souvenirs from and a few steps away from Senado Square. I was able to buy goodies here to bring back home and pay with a credit card.
