Read moreOne of the best old-school congees I have had in a very long time. The pork liver was perfectly cooked by the old ladies. The pork ball and beef ball were also outstanding. Fried dough (youtiao) tasted good although it might not be a perfect crispness it was fine for me since I was throwing it into the congee to make it a soggy mess anyway.
