Read moreThere is a staff named Anita (I believe thats correct) (light skin black woman with greyish eyes). She is mean and rude and her customer service is horrible. I work in this building and I has forgot my badge. She had an attitude because she had to open the door for me. I asked to be badged up to my floor and she said i needed to wait for security so i did. (However other times that i needed to be badge up due to my badge not working, the employees would look me up and badge me to my floor). A different lady needed the same assistance. Anita met the lady at the door, did not card her or run her name, and then badged her up. She also waited over five minutes to call security and I had to sit and wait as I become late for work. I asked for her name and to speak to a manager and she declined me both her name and to speak to a manager. She yelled at me for asking for a manger and she was very rude and crude. I believe that policy is policy and that being an employee for a company you have to treat everyone the same due to policy. She made me very late and she gave a bad name to collier. That woman is not a assat to your company. She is a liability. I did not deserve to be spoked to in such a horrible way. I know that collier sees these reviews. I am writing this because I was declined access to speak to a manager and this is the only way that I know I...
Read moreFedEx office is a joke! It is extremely overpriced to use the computer $0.39 a minute and copies that you print off the computer are $0.79 for each page! I was in there for about an hour and a half and my bill to print out what I needed was $117 outrageous at any other print shop it would have been about $15. There was one employee that was very accommodating to help me but everybody else that I asked to help me acted as though I was putting them out. When I checked out I walked up to the counter to pay pulled out my credit card handed it to the clerk asked who were the ladies room was told her I would be right back I did not think she would bring that total up without me being there and having to put a PIN number or a signature on a receipt for $117! She put the receipt in the bag and had the bag waiting for my departure when I arrived back I had the shock of my life when I got in my car and drove away I was about 20 miles away when I saw the receipt. I will be riding the corporation a...
