Gets the job done, but they are ridiculously strict and stingy when it comes to monthly payments. I HAVE to pay by the fifth every month, even if i am not using my pass! And if i do not pay by then, there is a $30 late fee attached.
I was out of town for a week and i didnt get back until the fifth, and i ended up having a family emergency to attend to that night. I was out until 3AM and i went back to pay for my pass at 7AM. Instead of being understanding, the management refused to waive the $30 late fee.

Read moreExcellent location, seems reasonably secure inside, and I like that you don't need to drive all the way up to leave like in some other garages. Downside is the elevator is a bit sketch (not dangerously but... you know what I mean) and opens into a blind corner. Haven't taken the stairs, but I was told where they open to and... yeah, I wouldn't trust that alley at night. Leaving is also weird with "good enough" visibility at best.
