Read moreThis is a little park on the end of Quepos! A local actually told us about this place while we were walking to the marina. We decided to stop by, it’s at the very end of the street and when we got the the gates were closed but you could walk around the side and walk down directly to the ocean. It was a bit rocky. The park is beautiful with beautiful views. There were probably 10 iguanas laying out in the sun while we were walking around. We talked to a lady who swims to the cove and back and she told us one day a crocodile was swimming beside her 😦 so be careful in the water!...
Read moreMy family went specifically due to the pictures of the park with the exercise/playground equipment only to find it was no longer there. I think having our expectations being based on outdated pictures made us disappointed, which is why I'm giving 2 stars. However, we did get to see trees FULL of parrots which was a pleasant surprise and had that been my original expectation I would probably have given more stars. The viewpoint was nice and the birds add to the natural atmosphere. Just don't expect the pictures to accurately depict...
