The ceviche vida a la vuelva was amazingly delicious and refreshing when we were returning from an outing. We loved it so much that the next day, it was all I could think about when I got hungry, and we ended up returning for dinner again. (Making it twice in 24 hours) and I would continue the trend if we weren’t leaving today. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming and multi lingual. The facility was well maintained with good facilities. And they seem to have added a fun new dish which combines ceviche and Doritos that we would definitely have gotten if we hadn’t noticed it after we ordered and consumed much of our meal already.

If you make this place a stop, it will significantly enhance your visit to the area and if you are a fan of ceviche, you will not be disappointed. Also shout out to the chili sauce that gave the full spectrum of flavor and spice for any diner depending on the quantity added.

Delicious Seafood and Warm Hospitality!

We had a wonderful dinner at this fantastic restaurant with our two kids. The seafood was incredibly fresh and flavorful – the fish, shrimp, octopus, and clam ceviche we shared was a real highlight and absolutely delicious. Our kids devoured the seafood rice, which is always a win!

What truly stood out was the exceptional friendliness of the staff and the service. Everyone was so welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. The owner, in particular, was incredibly kind and made a real effort to engage with our children, which we really appreciated.

I've been in Quepos for five days and came here twice for the Ceviche Vuelva with a side of patacones. It is decadent, delicious, and filling. Not to name names but I asked around for the best ceviche and was told to go to a place that starts S and ends in mar and though that establishment does have a nice view the ceviche at Rest y Cevicheria is miles ahead and màs rico.
