Exhibition was lovely to see and well worth a visit. Andy Warhol art was good to see. Was really looking forward to going on to the terrace to see the views from the pictures we had seen on-line.
However, a staff member was very very rude. When we came out of the indoor exhibition to go to the terrace exhibition from the entrance, a staff member proceeded to tell us we could only enter the terrace if we had paid to get inside; which we already had with another member of staff about 20minutes earlier after visiting the 3 floors. She was not helpful at all, as I kept asking how do we get on to the terrace and i kept explaining we had just come from inside. All she kept saying was we needed a ticket to the inside to see it, very rudely. Please get your fact straights before rudely speaking to people. She was so rude we didnt want to even show our ticket on our phones to her as we had no clue what the issue was since she seen us leaving the main inside exhibition. So after much frustration and going round in circles, we didn't get to see the full thing. When leaving we noticed a couple going up the way we had tried, where she had abruptly told us we couldnt. So who knows how you get on the terrace but definately ruined our experience as this was one of the main things we wanted to see, the view from the terrace. Could do with better signage saying about the terrace and where it is located and the staff member could have had some manners and have just politely asked to see our tickets if she didn't for whatever reason see us leaving the inside exhibition in the foyer....
