This is a top cuisine in Dubrovnik. If you have enjoyed enough of Croatian seafood and Bosnian red meat then there is no better place to go around Dubrovnik then Victoria.
Their Peruvian cuisine is awesome. Ceviche - both tuna and vegetarian was amazing, light, saury with added touch of Asia.
The veal is a must. Soft and tasty. And the deserts...
Plus the place has unbelievable genius loci - see the pictures. And the views towards Dubrovnik... see photos for yourselves. Just beware that not all tables have the same view.
Surprisingly this 4 year old restaurant is not the most expensive at Dubrovnik. For the superior quality a great value (i.e. Nautika restaurant is way overpriced).
BTW, you can enjoy the same views from their Royal Suite in case you can spare 3000...

Large chunks of fish, partially marinated, at €32 per plate as an appetizer.
