Incredibly beautiful views at the top!!! A little hard to find the start of the hiking trail, but follow where you see the entrance on google maps and you will see it marked by a red circle immediately by the main road on the right. Not many people hike this as it is steep and it gets so hot here in summer. We did it and it was a workout, but it was WORTH it. You will love it! Wear comfortable shoes, it is possible in sandals too (I did it 😅) you will just have to be careful not to slip. If you’re looking to see Napoleon fortress, it’s nothing spectacular itself and it is also closed off to the public as it is now used as an astronomical base.

One of the favourite places to visit on the island. Truly amazing. It's a historical landmark so there's really nothing much to say about it, but it's magical. My recommendation is to visit early in the morning or one hour before the sunset (the golden hour) , view is just breathtaking and the colours are so vibrant. The are few benches the you can sit on and enjoy the magnificent views of the devil's islands and other islands around Hvar. Its is a little bit far uphill but is totally worth every step.

Awesome view point. Everything has been said by others. Drive up in a car, rent a scooter, hike up, whatever. Grab a bottle of wine or a few beers and enjoy. We were here on a July Saturday for sunset and were the only ones. Pictures cant capture it all - you have a 180 degree view of everything you'd want to see. Coming here mid day in peak summer might be a bit too hot (it's been cloudless and over 30C/90F the entire time).
