Studenac Market — Local services in Grad Hvar

We paid with card and left but they came out of the store saying we needed to put our pin in, on getting back the card machine had no transaction displayed. The manager came over and demanded that we needed to pay with cash, picking up a random receipt and claiming it was ours. When we asked if we could review the receipt, we were shouted at by her, repeatedly shouting "don't you understand?" and started accusing us of theft. Given that abusive staff seems to be a common theme at this store (see the many other 1 star reviews) it is probably best avoided as they seem unwilling...

Very messy supermarket with very expensive prices. Just go got the Konzum supermarket at the end of the street, it’s way better there. I visited here with my husband. When we were about to pay, they didn't accept my card all of sudden without any reason and explanation. Futhermore, they gave me change in tones of 20cent coins which was more than 4 euros although I saw there were 1 euro coins in cashier. Also, we found it was not correct amount.
