Dolfin's Luna Park (Ayia Napa Harbour) — Attraction in Ayia Napa

Arrived at 15:30 with my 2 year old daughter, everything was shut down, even the playroom, and the answer from the staff was that they open at 16:00. While on google it shows open. Left with my disappointed - crying daughter who wanted to play so badly.

Edit: we went back after they opened, and we had such an amazing time, all the games where new and clean, the toddlers playroom was spotless, and the staff, amazing smiley people who gave our little daughter a very good time, we left hours later, we enjoyed coffee and ice cream, everything...

Ι really wanted to love this place but it was not a good experience.The place is open does not have air condition only a few fans in the kids play area and blowing cold air at the tables. Smoking is everywhere.The boss was shouting at the waiter which was kind, friendly and the only one for 20 tables.We ordered a chinno coffe which came with no mashed ice..so basically it was just a cold coffe.Not...

Avoid this place came out all the way from nissi to find it was closed at 2pm no signage of opening hours. Sent message and commented on Facebook Post to ask why its closed and when it's open. Completely ignored but they have yet posted a more recent post despite ignoring my message. Will not be wasting my money here!!!!! 😢 Great customer service to entice...
