From the Tumulus, take the southernmost stairwell to Tomb 2. Just before the lading in the atrium, you will notice a circular ritual well.
The striking feature of this tomb is the Roman period carved horned altars on the wall left of the landing of the stairs. They crown a burial niche (see pictures below). The Roman period also saw the building of a vault in order to cover the Hellenistic period atrium thus transforming it into a new covered burial chamber. You can see the carved outline of the vault around the aforementioned altars.
The Hellenistic burial chamber is on the wall right in front of the dromos (stairwell) across the atrium. On top of the entrance, you will find the carved support edge for the later Roman vault.
