Read morea wonderful, large park close to Prague parts Dejvice, Bubenec, and Holešovice. there are little artificial lakes, even a play ferry to use. much place for joggers, horse back riding, biking and dog walking. playgrounds for all age groups and huge areas for all kinds of activities. you'll never ever feel crowded. well maintained. one hears all languages spoken on t paths and in the restaurants but it's a major attraction for the locals, also. an oasis in the middle of a busy, trendy city.

I visited Stromovka Park and stopped for coffee at Coffee Express, a small café on wheels conveniently located at a crossroads in the park. They serve a wide range of hot and cold coffees and soft drinks. The friendly barista made a yummy flat white coffee and a nice cup of elderberry drink for me and it made my walk even more enjoyable.
