A nice hotel in a very calm area of Prague.Bit away from main attractions. I felt very safe. Right next to the Sparta staduim. Frequent trams from Sparta station to all over prague it's costs 24 Czek Koruna( Approx €0.9 cents) for 30 mins. But you can purchase 24 to 72 hour valid unlimited tickets as well.Public transport system is very efficient in Prague.
Rooms are very big, neat and clean, comfy bed,Credit card operated safe( free of charge) in rooms.Powerful shower and clean toilets. House keeping is done daily. Hotel dosent have a ramp from outside, only steps ,so if coming with large suitcase or impaired mobility, bit of a struggle in getting in. Room key card will work for entry from outside hotel too. Buffett Breakfast is good and filling, dining is in underground floor. Can have breakfast in room for additional charge.
Paid €136 for 3 nights including breakfast. Hotel will arrange most of the packaged tours in prague( brochures left in hotel lobby), most of them will do a free pick up from hotel on request.Hotel did accept Euro from me.
Mini bar is in the room and us stoked...
Read moreAn unhappy return after 10 years. Everything was just as I had left it, like going back in time except with more damage and wear and tear, while the price has doubled.||Breakfast was pretty bad, I did not find anything that looked appealing and instead I went around the corner to a supermarket. ||The furniture has seen better days, it's time for a change unless they want to turn it into a 1990 museum. Management seems to have gone away and the place appears to be run by raccoons - had an issue with the bill and weeks later it still has not been resolved (made a reservation change, they confirmed it but still billed me for the original dates).||The place needs new management and a total renovation - the pictures on the website do not look anything like this hotel.||On the plus side the location is decent, especially if they don't have a major event in the sporting/concert hall that the hotel is located in. It's OK as an alternative to a hostel or if there is an incredibly good price, but otherwise there are better...
Read moreLocated in a quiet side street not too far away from the City's center. Very nice staff, always friendly and ready to provide you with anything you need during your stay. The room under the roof is especially nice with a large balcony a bathroom with a huge tub, a small kitchen and a comfy and big bed as well as a little sofa to sit on. Breakfast is very good with a large variety of food to chose from. Getting coffee in the morning requires some patience as there is only one big Saeco coffee maker that produces coffee, cappuccino and hot water on command. There are eggs and sausages, bacon, veggies and fresh fruit, a selection of cheese and cold cut but also some jam. I can only recommend staying here as it is a beautiful place. Parking has to be paid at the meter during the day but there is a parking facility around the corner which is cheaper compared to parking directy in front...
