Balti Jaama Turg is a must, a three-floor market hall with lots of atmosphere and a huge range of varied products; fruit, vegetables, meat, fish, delicatessen, unique oils for cooking, freshly squeezed juices without additives or preservatives, organic shops, clothing for all sizes, even giant sizes, handicrafts, cafeterias, restaurants, shops for different tastes and clothing styles, exciting specialty shops, antiques and much much more.

Neat, stylish, well organized, clean, fresh, nice, comfortable place with helpful sellers and d also many different countries' specialties to discover and try.

When arriving Tallinn I'm heading directly to Balti Jaama Turg to provide myself with organic coffee, fruits, sweets, ginger juice, unique cheeses, beverages and softdrinks and much more for my stay in Tallinn.

The market hall is a very good place for not only shopping but just strolling without making plans, asking many questions is no prob, the sellers are happy to help despite language barriers.

Sometimes visitors step in to help, sometimes other sellers try to translate and sometimes just body language will be the common language to find solution for the done deals. But in most places the sellers are speaking English or at least enough English-spoken, also Finnish goes sometimes.
