Snelli Park is my favorite green spot in Old Town. It is located at the back side of Toompea, close to Baalti Jaam.
There is a big meadow used for public events, and a tennis place. If you like to watch ducks and seagulls.. there are plenty of them around. ;)
And if you get hungry, just grab a bite from Selver or one of the nearby restaurants.
If I were still a student, this is where I would hang out and camp on the meadow in summer.

When eating in the park, the gulls were polite and waited rather than stealing stuff out of your hands. The park is free to enter. There are toilets in the park.
