Bad Habits Balti Jaama Turg — Restaurant in Tallinn

I had a fantastic meal here one lunchtime with some friends. The weather wasn't too bad, so we sat outside. I decided on the cheeseburger for €10.90, and upgraded to add bacon for €1.50 more. I also had the regular fries as a side for €4.90. Where do I start...other than this burger was a 10/10. The patties (I believe there were 2 in there) were very tasty indeed, you could actually taste the beef and the meat wasn't dry, but moist and juicy...perfect! The bacon and cheese was flavoursome and plenty, and along with the gherkins and burger sauce (well, it tasted like that suace) was absolutely killer! The bun didn't fall apart either, which is a big thumbs up! I thoroughly enjoyed every bite! The fries were decent also, not greasy at all, but light, crispy and a bit fluffy inside...they also came with a sauce on top, which was also tasty! So, if you're visiting the city and in the area and you like a naughty burger, then this is the place for you! The staff were friendly and professional!...

We visited the place today full of hope to experience American kitchen specialities but sadly left with a big disappointment and a question - is this really America So we ordered 12 hours cooked shredded pork with Mac and cheese. First we noted the portion size that is well below any of the grill places I have ever visited in my life. If it was a’la carte restaurant then fine but you are serving street food and street food means good portions for working class people. Mac and cheese was made of the cheapest macaroni you can find. I did not taste any cheese in it and I suspect only flavour came from the added Knorr cube. Pork and Coleslaw were luckily ok but even coleslaw portion was something like 2 tablespoons. And for all this we paid 16.90 per person. Add to that 1l tap water for 4 € We felt like we were robbed in a daylight. And we’re is American beer ? Bud, Miller ? So for conclusion I do not recommend this place if you are looking American taste you will not...

We recently visited for a beer and fries, but our experience was very disappointing. Despite the place being busy, it was frustrating to see tables around us getting served before us, even though we had placed our order. The waiting time was ridiculous—what was estimated to be 15-20 minutes turned into over 30 minutes, and we still hadn’t received our beers! The service was hectic, and it seemed like the staff was struggling to keep up. To make matters worse, a table that ordered after us received their beer and chicken wings before we even got our drinks. It honestly felt like we had been forgotten. We finally received our fries 40 minutes after ordering, but they were the wrong order and, unfortunately, cold. We didn’t bother sending them back at that point. After that, we finally got our beers. There were plenty of vacant seats on the first floor, so it wasn’t an issue of seating. Overall, very disappointing experience....
