Absolutely Zero Flexibility and Poor Customer Service – Avoid at All Costs
If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Husky Lapland was nothing short of a complete disappointment, both in terms of their customer service and their unwillingness to find any reasonable solution.
Due to unexpected circumstances beyond our control, we needed to adjust our booking and contacted them several days in advance to discuss possible alternatives. I was more than willing to find a reasonable solution: ✔ A future discount? No. ✔ A voucher for another day or next year? No. ✔ A simple date change? No. ✔ Even just the chance to visit the huskies and play with them since we were arriving only 20 minutes late? No.
Their only response was that they had already “spent all my money” and that a refund was “impossible.” How exactly does $400 disappear before the service is even provided? I even asked for proof that my husky was left unused, but of course, there was no transparency.
Instead of offering any compromise or showing even the slightest bit of flexibility, they stonewalled every attempt to find a fair solution. Customer-oriented businesses at least try to work with their guests in unforeseen situations—Husky Lapland clearly does not care once they have your money.
If you’re looking for a company that values its customers, treats them fairly, and has even a basic level of flexibility, go somewhere else. There are plenty of reputable husky experiences in Lapland, and I strongly recommend avoiding this one unless you want to risk losing your money with...

Read moreI recently went on a Huski Safari with my family and had a great time! The dogs were well trained and eager to pull our sleds through the snowy landscape of Lappland. The scenery was breathtaking, with snow-covered trees and frozen lakes as far as the eye could see.
The guides were friendly and knowledgeable, and they made sure we were safe and comfortable throughout the entire experience. They also taught us some interesting facts about the Huskies and their role in Lappland's history.
The only reason I'm giving this review 4 stars instead of 5 is because I found the experience to be a bit short. We were only out for a few minutes, and I would have loved to spend more time with the dogs and explore more of the area.
Overall, I would definitely recommend Huski Safari to anyone looking for a unique and exciting experience in Lappland. Just be prepared for a chilly ride and bring plenty of...
