I rarely put bad reviews about businesses. But I'm taking the time to share the experience I had with some of the staff today.

I came with my niece to get the "back to school" offer apple advertise for. I bought my product online ($1800 Ipad Pro, pen and keyboard), and few people from the store had told me I should come when I received my package and get a discount and a free set on Airpods at the store.

I did today.

When I arrived at the store, I got introduced to a staff member (who was busy doing stuff on her cell phone. It felt like I was bothering her...). I explained to her (very politely) the reason of my visit.

She told me the store does give "back to school" offer for product bought online. I told her I was surprised, because a few other staff members of had told me the offer was working for product bought online. I asked her if she could ask the manager.

She did, but when she came back (after 10 min) she told me that the "director" told her the offer was not available in my case. I then spoke to the director of the staff. Telling him I came back specially today (I leave 1h away) because I had been told I could come back for the offer.

He told me that they were sorry, but they were not able to do, the system was not designed for that! (I was very surprise, and felt like i was lied too ...)

Thankfully, 3 other members of the staff told me that I should try another store, they would do it for me.

So my niece and I went to the Opera apple store. Indeed they were able to help me, get my offer ($90 off and my free paire of AirPods), with a great smile and a great and easy service (and it took them 5 minutes)!

If you need to go to an apple store in Paris, I would recommend to go to the Opera location where they have great staff...

I really don't know how to begin to describe my experience at the Apple Store on the Champs-Elysees! It was truly amazing!!!

On our first day in Paris, I dropped my phone into water and it remained there for quite some time until I realized where it was. We immediately took it to the Apple Store in the Opera District. They were not helpful at all and told us to come back the next day. The representatives did not offer any assistance or advice.

Our concierge at the hotel informed us that the Apple Store on the Champs-Elysees would be the best place to go because they were much more accommodating. The hotel was correct!! From the moment we were greeted at the door, we realized it would be a totally different experience. The greeter's name was Raoul and he was superb. He immediately went to work on the phone to see if he could bring it back to life. But the phone was not responding. Raoul then passed us on to Matthieu, since he had to resume his position at the door. Matthieu was incredible!!! He worked tirelessly on the phone but it was totally dead. After an hour had passed of him trying to get it to work, he pulled out the SIM card and checked to see if everything was backed up on the Cloud. It was!!! So although my device was destroyed, everything was backed up and retrievable.

I cannot emphasize enough how supportive Matthieu and Raoul were!!! They did everything possible to assist me and in the most polite manner possible. Believe me, I was very upset and they understood my concerns and fears at the possibility of losing everything I had on my phone. That day, we spoke with the manager and told him how incredible the service was. If I could contact Tim Cook himself, I would echo that...

Assistance on an Iphone 14 still under warranty and having issues since the start as bought as new.

Poor service from Apple retail stores assistance in Paris. Even though we had a good assistance in the end after having to complain rudely to be taken seriously, and after visiting different stores and having several hours of call with the Apple customer and technical services, the manager in the store in Champs Élysées tried to challenge our honesty and credibility when their customer service did not honor their engagement.

Very bad experience at Apple Store Saint Germain des prés where, they did not manage to assist my niece properly, the host M.M. did not manage to give her the right advices, direct her immediately to the technical service, made her wait from 10.30 to 13.15 without any solution, erased all her messages in her phone, and on top of that began to be ironic as she could not make it for other appointments he wanted to give her again instead of trying to sort out the problem promptly, and when they have all the history of the visits in the file they opened.

This is very unprofessional and very badly managed taking into account the price customers pay for Apple products.

I was very disappointed and very negatively surprised by such a bad and incompetent service and assistance across all Apple retail Stores visited to sort out the issue of my...

On me répond qu’il faut "mettre ma fiche technique à jour"... HONTEUX !!

I am writing to share feedback regarding a recent visit to your store. During my visit today, I approached a sales advisor for assistance with a specific item. Unfortunately, the interaction began without a proper greeting, and the advisor’s manner was not welcoming. As our technical discussion progressed, the advisor became visibly agitated and raised his voice when I requested clarification on the price—a reaction I found quite surprising and inappropriate in a professional setting. Respectful communication should always be upheld, especially in a customer-facing role representing a reputable brand like Apple. On a positive note, I truly appreciated the intervention of the store manager, who addressed my concerns in a respectful and professional manner. His approach was courteous and helped restore a sense of confidence in the service standards I usually associate with this branch. I would like to highlight that this store has long been one of my preferred Apple locations during my visits to Paris. I hope this feedback can contribute to continued improvements in customer service and uphold the high standards Apple is known for.

We visited an Apple store for two days in a row to buy a new phone. Our opinion is mixed about both the staff and the store itself. Firstly, a useful tip is to go up to the second floor as soon as you enter the store, as there are fewer people there, about five times less than on the main floor, so the salespeople are more free and less irritated than on the main floor. It is indeed very crowded there, and the salespeople look tired and find it difficult to work. Therefore, they have to be looked for. I also noticed that there are many security guards and few salespeople. It would be logical to redistribute the responsibilities somehow, as there are clearly not enough salespeople to serve customers. The building itself is beautiful inside, and it is probably old, as the interiors have been preserved from previous centuries, with exquisite wooden panels and details on the vintage staircase. There are also fireplaces in some of the rooms, but they are decorative. Overall, the interior design can be given a score of 5, while the salespeople's performance can be given a score of 3, resulting in an overall score of 4.
