Stayed here for two nights and the only redeeming quality of this hotel was the staff who were nice. From start to finish booking this hotel to leaving it was the worst. The site reset my dates to a date in July instead of a weekend, for two rooms and one night instead of one room for two nights and I ended up paying double my hoped budget for the weekend. While I was willing to part with that as a thing of the past and enjoy my stay in Paris I was let down. The hotel is much more of a hostel with private "bathrooms' than a pricey hotel as portrayed. The elevator is incapable of the occupancy of more than one person and the stars are absurd. I was on the first floor and made good use of the stars but they are uneven and the lighting for them only comes on once you reach the top of the stairs at which point you deserve applause for either continuing after failing, which I did a few times, or not falling at all. Continuing, the rooms while pictured bright and welcoming in the photos presented are unbelievably small and created an uncomfortable sense of being trapped. My boyfriend and I had to open the windows to a view of neighboring apartments in order to feel less trapped. The room is so small that if one person is sitting on the bed with their feet on the floor it's a maneuver to get around them if at all possible. Not to mention that even with the tight settings the bed is an oddly small size. And if that weren't enough the bathrooms, or closets with water, are a joke. I actually laughed. The showers are corner standing (perfectly a-okay) but if you're not okay in tight spaces you're out of luck. Plus the fact that there is no ventilation so the entire room is fog in 30 seconds. And since the entire bathroom is, honestly, about 3-4 feet, 1-1.5 meters (being generous) and the shower takes at least 1-1.5 feet up the room remaining for the toilet and sink is pathetic. I honestly had a studio apartment and new of many others that were larger than these hotels rooms and it caused so much frustration between scheduling, finances, and stress for my boyfriend and I because of how small it was. Even after writing to the manager and suggesting, quite politely I promise, that their site was confusing and not user friendly I received no reply or acknowledgement about that letter upon arrival. Entirely disappointed in my stay in this hotel and the quality that I paid for it. It would be a much more useful hostel if it weren't...

This hotel is an absolute disaster, and I strongly urge anyone considering it to stay far away. The moment I arrived, I knew it was going to be a terrible experience. The elevator is so ridiculously tiny that it feels like stepping into a coffin—if you have claustrophobia, do not even attempt it. The reception staff, especially a woman named Ingret, is shockingly rude, unprofessional, and completely unfit for the hospitality industry. Basic customer service is nonexistent, and even the simplest requests are met with outright indifference. However, the worst part of this nightmare was the room itself.
My first room was on the top floor, crammed under a sloping roof so low that the bathtub was positioned in a space less than two feet high—completely unusable. Imagine paying an exorbitant price only to receive a room where standing up in the bathroom is physically impossible. After complaining, they moved me to another room on the second night, which turned out to be just as horrific. This room had zero air circulation, leaving me drenched in sweat and unable to sleep. But that was only the beginning. The walls were paper-thin, making it feel like there was no barrier between rooms. I could hear every single sound from the outside, from the street noise to people talking in the hallway. The worst part? Every time the neighboring room’s door opened or closed, it felt like someone was opening my own door—a deeply unsettling experience that made the entire stay even more unbearable.
Adding to the disgraceful service, I had requested for my bags to be moved to the new room while I was out, only to return at 8 PM and be handed two keys and told to move them myself. If that wasn’t bad enough, after a long exhausting day, I simply asked for a bottle of water, only to be informed that the hotel provides only one bottle on the first night, no matter how long you stay. The entire hotel looks and feels like an old, neglected student hostel, yet they have the audacity to charge prices that would suggest a luxury experience.
This is, without a doubt, one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. If you value your sleep, your comfort, and your sanity, do not book this hotel. You would be better off sleeping outside on the metro tracks than spending a night in this miserable excuse of an establishment....
Read moreWe had the pleasure of staying at Europe Hotel Eiffel Paris during our recent trip to the city, and we couldn’t have been more pleased with our experience.
The hotel itself is charming and beautifully decorated, with a perfect blend of classic Parisian style and modern amenities. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and comfortable, with stunning views of the city. We were pleasantly surprised to be able to spot the iconic Eiffel Tower from our window. A view that we enjoyed throughout our stay!
We met a very helpful Ingrid on arrival, setting the tone for our stay here. A highlight of my stay was the local market in front of the hotel, which comes alive every Sunday and Wednesday. It was such a treat to wander through the colorful stalls, filled with hot, aromatic local delicacies, cold cuts, cheese, farm fresh produce, flowers, artisanal goods, and more. It added a wonderful local touch to the experience and made the mornings even more special.
In terms of location, you couldn’t ask for more. The hotel is just a short walk from the iconic Eiffel Tower, which made sightseeing so easy. The neighborhood is lively yet peaceful, with plenty of cafes, shops, and the bustling market to explore.
For getting around Paris, the hotel is incredibly well-connected. The Metro and bus stops are just a few steps away, making it effortless to visit the city and all its historic landmarks.
I recommend Europe Hotel Eiffel Paris to anyone looking for a cozy, well-located, and truly memorable stay in Paris.
We will...
