We spent a lot of time finding a hotel with an Eiffel Tower view. After months of looking we found this hotel and the prices were amazing. We booked the Eiffel Tower rooms in January for our trip in June. We stayed at this hotel for three night at the start of our trip and two nights at the end. When we landed we had a hard time getting to hotel so we arrived around midnight. We were told there was a "technical issue" and the Eiffel Tower room was not available. They had a twin room available and said they would try to get us into the Eiffel Tower view room the next day which they did. We were moved into the Eiffel Tower room the next day and it was beautiful. We were on the eight floor and had an amazing view. House keeping also put some roses I got my new fiance in water while we were gone one day which was really nice. On our second visit, about two weeks later, our room took several hours extra to get ready then what was stated on our reservation email. We had to pay for lockers downstairs while we got lunch because our room took several addional hours to get ready. When we went to check in I made sure to ask several times that this was the right room and asked what floor it was on. They said it was on the sixth floor and that we "might" be able to see the Eiffel Tower. I said we would wait until a room on the eighth floor was available with an Eiffel Tower view and we did. It's extremely frustrating to make a reservation six months in advance and to not have the hotel attempt to not honor it. The anxiety of making sure we had a place to sleep at this hotel was awful and ruined part of our trip. The view and pricing is amazing, but it came at a cost. Addiontally, on our last night when we needed get as much sleep as possible because we flew early next morning the fire alarm went off around 2:00am. I called the main desk twice to see what was going on but no one answered and no one came to our floor so we started getting ready to leave incase there was a fire and as we left our room after the alarm going off for about 15 minutes it stopped. I called again after it stopped but no one answered. At check out that same morning they said someone was smoking and set the fire alarm off. This is a nice hotel with good restaurants and an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower but despite making the reservation six months in advance we felt lucky to get the rooms we booked and had to put up a fight to make sure we got the rooms we booked. Also this hotel is flagging one star reviews as hate speech.

This is a budget hotel in my opinion. Simply put, their idea is contemporary hotel with just about what you NEED for a cozy stay. Nothing fancy or spectacular about this place. I think younger guests might appreciate this place. The standard rooms are small. The rooms have just enough space for the stay/sleep literally. If you have couple of luggage bags that will take space in the room and getting by might be problem. The bathrooms are small and again enough room for average person to use somewhat conveniently. There are two twin beds in the standard room that make a queen/full bed together. There is a TV in the room. When you get in the hotel the staff wearing white shirt/tops will help you to check in as there is NO RECEPTION DESK. There is a concierge desk that people mistake it for reception. The concierge lady was helpful to plan our trip for one day. Luggage storage at this place is NOT FREE. They have lockers to store your luggage and it costs few euros. They have no safe in the room but provide box access area near the lobby to store few valuable. I don’t think a 17 inch laptop would fit in that box but it seemed safe for smaller things. When we arrived at the hotel at noon for check in the drop off area was closed so we had to drag our luggage from the closed access gate, very inconvenient. And they have no trolleys/cart to pull luggage to the room. The lobby area has some games to play. Wednesday night they have free local wine and food available in the lobby. Paid Breakfast at this place was great compared to other places in Paris and its from 4 am till noon. Breakfast area gets crowded at 8 am so plan accordingly.

An incident of unfair treatment I experienced from the receptionist about an hour ago. While I was in the lobby, talking on my phone with partners and minding my own business, the receptionist interrupted me and demanded that I show him my hotel card. I was initially confused and explained that I am a guest of the hotel, but he continued to insist in a very aggressive manner. I refused, as I felt singled out; the lobby was quite crowded, yet he chose to question me specifically. When I took the elevator, he ran towards me again to check if I had a card, this time in a humiliating manner in front of other guests, who turned to look at me as if something was wrong. I was extremely humiliated and angry, so I exited the elevator to speak with him. Despite this, he did not apologize and continued to speak to me in an aggressive and disrespectful way. Neither he nor his colleagues offered any apology. In fact, they accused me of spying on some of other clients, a false and deeply unfair accusation that brought me to tears. Their behavior was extremely rude, and I believe no one—whether a woman (especially pregnant in my case) or a man—should be treated with such disrespect, especially in a hotel where we expect to feel secure. The aggressor's name was Samir and I heard zero apology from his end. To my request to talk to his manager they responded that the manager will be available only tomorrow at 7AM. Unimaginable, for this huge hotel one manager is available and only for an hour.

Ibis Paris will give you the option to be just steps from many restaurants, cafés, bars, and a metro station across the street. An open lobby and restaurant will help your stay at this property. It will be just 5 minute drive to the Eiffel Tower or a 15-minute walk. Small, (which can be common in Paris!), clean, and modern rooms. Nice lobby with 3 elevators available!!!!

the staff is friendly and the hotel rooms are clean. The hotel lobby is very attractive and water refills are available. 3 minutes walk to the metro station and many food restaurants around the hotel. 10 minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower
