THE BEST PIZZA I've ever had! An AMAZING cozy place which I STRONGLY recommend if you are living / staying in this neighborhood! Clean place, very friendly staff/ owner, popular take-out location, and very delicious pizza and dessert! Also,no issue if you speak only English 😊 Though small, in a smart move, they've separated take-out window from the dine-in area; so, you might at first not notice the delivery bikes, but they're coming and going often, even on a Monday night! Also, the menu is not short at all, and the pricing, especially this close to Eiffel Tower, makes this place a very good choice for lunch or dinner. We've loved everything about PEPEGUSTO and we wish if we had more time so we could come back to try more items on the menu and some cocktails maybe. There was a piece of GLASS in the Margherita pizza. I chewed it multiple times, found it weird and nearly swallowed it. Until that moment I still had no idea whether there were smaller glass fragments that we might have already eaten.

We reported in a very polite way (perhaps the tone was too soft) and only the Margherita pizza was refunded. We also asked if they would take any responsibility in case medical issues arose from potentially swallowing glass fragments during the meal. The manager denied any responsibility and said this is not protected by law. I’m not a lawyer but I am really unhappy with how they handled such a serious situation. Francamente una delle peggiori esperienze mai avute in vita mia. Siamo venuti a mangiare da PEPEGUSTO in occasione di un compleanno. Il locale era privatizzato dalla nostra amica. I posti a sedere non bastavano per tutti, ne i piatti ne i coperti anche se il numero delle persone era stato ben specificato in diverse email. Quindi alcune persone compreso il sottoscritto si sono ritrovare in piedi.. a cena.

Il servizio e stato praticamente inesistente, una nostra amica ha iniziato a fare le ordinazioni come se lavorasse lei nel locale. Io portavo i piatti un'altro ragazzo invitato alla festa, portava da bere. Imbarazzante ma ce la siamo cavata. All'affermazione "vi stiamo dando una mano perchè siete disorganizzati" uno dei responsabili si è irrigidito dicendo che non era sua la colpa ma del collega. Effetto scarica barile delle scuole elementari.

La cucina era LENTISSIMA, ma la cosa più sconvolgente è stato l'attitude di completo menefreghismo di entrambi i responsabili che anche vendo il disagio e il nervosismo generale non si sono curati quasi di nulla. Il momento peggiore è stato al pagamento. Quando viste e considerate le situazioni create da loro, non volevano venirci in contro. Sfiorando quasi il limite della maleducazione. "Qui non siamo al MCDonald. Io sconcertato.

In tutto ciò e la siamo cavata con circa 22 euro a persona. Un furto visto che la pizza non era eccezionale, e l'antipasto era nulla in corrispondenza alla quantità degli invitati.

Io personalmente ho pagato due quote 44,50 euro per pochi tranci di pizza e un micro pezzo di bufala da dividere il 7 persone. Sconvolgente.

La cosa peggiore è il fatto che non si siano resi minimamente conto che eravamo lì per festeggiare un compleanno e divertici non per risolvere e gestire problemi logistici che proprio non ci appartenevano, e tra l'altro...
