Loin de l'agitation du Marais, il est parfait pour se détendre avec un bon libre et déjeuner en pleine air. Assez à l'ombre, il est notament agréable de s'y rendre en été pour trouver un peu de fraîcheur. Attention aux horaires, il ferme assez tôt.

Très joli jardin calme et peu fréquenté contrairement à son vis à vis. Dessiné à la française le tracé de ce jardin 1575 souligne les lignes élégantes de l'hôtel Méderic Donon (gendre du sculpteur Giacomo della Robbia) Aujourd'hui musée Conacq Jay fondateurs des magasins La Samaritaine.
