   Read moreWhat a dirty, filthy area. We walked here to kill some time before the open air market opened for lunch and I was shocked to see how disgusting the locals turned this area into. Itâs filled with graffiti all over the place and shops boarded up. Trash strewed throughout the streets and it smells like urine. There were homeless people on the benches along the canal and tents just randomly pitched on the sidewalks. Weâve never seen this side of Paris before so it was quite a shock.
