Such bad customer service. The store was very empty. The checkout counter had one person working and there was one line, with only one person in front of me in line and one person working the register. Not a problem, I can wait my turn. I was next to pay and had already been waiting a long time because there was an issue with whatever purchase the person in front of me was making. Another person came to help that issue on the next register and then a bunch of young girls came and started queuing at that register. The person at my register disappeared to handle whatever issue was occurring. The lady started helping the new line that formed just now before me despite the fact I had been waiting a long time. I told her that these girls only just got in line, I was next to pay. She told me that she was going to ring up the girls before me, even though they only just got in line! I left my 200 euro in purchases on the counter, excused myself and am buying the product elsewhere. The woman laughed at me as I walked away. No wonder the store is struggling to stay afloat at this location. The woman in front of me in line was also visibly upset at the poor customer service. What should have happened was that the person working should have said sorry about that, Iâll ring you up next. The girls in line should have also spoke up, knowing they just got in line and that I had been waiting a long time before them. People are rude. Bad service equals...

On my most recent visit, I was pressed for time and had limited options, which is why I visited this store again. However, this particular experience compelled me to write a review. My mother and me, we invested over 130 euros in a birthday gift and simply requested a sample to verify the foundation's exact color tone before giving it. Unfortunately, the cashier was unnecessarily discourteous to my mother. I would like to point out that a friendly facial expression alone does not constitute good customer service. We made our request politely, but were spoken to in a condescending manner that felt inappropriate for adult customers. Came in too buy a blush, the store was empty but i waited at least 5-10 minutes at the counter for an employee to come up to the cashier so i could purchase my blush. Then i got my brows done at the benefit brow bar, and let me just say i have been bawling my eyes out since i left the store. The lady tried to shape my brows with a pencil before she started which i appreciate but i told her i was satisfied with the shape i already had so i just wanted to clean them and get them cut.
