We stayed at Maison 46 during our Paris trip and overall—it was a great little find. It’s a modern, boutique-style hotel tucked in a quiet street (well, usually quiet), just steps away from the Eiffel Tower. It’s sleek, it’s clean, and it gives off “small but sophisticated” energy—which we appreciated as a family traveling with a toddler and 17 bags (give or take).||Let’s start with the wins:| • The location is amazing. We were just a short walk from the Eiffel Tower—perfect for morning strolls and impromptu “we’re in Paris!” photo shoots. You really can’t beat the convenience.| • The design is fresh and modern. Think minimalist furniture, clean lines, neutral tones, and a nice use of space. It doesn’t try too hard to be overly Parisian—it’s just cool, chic, and functional. The bathroom especially was a pleasant surprise: roomy by European standards, with a great shower and actual counter space. A unicorn!| • It’s a cozy, intimate hotel. Not a big chain, not impersonal. It felt like staying in someone’s very stylish Paris apartment (if that apartment came with housekeeping and keycards).||Now for the real talk:| • Construction out front is no joke. Getting an Uber or taxi was… an opportunity. We spent a lot of time waving at confused drivers who couldn’t reach us. Think of it as a built-in obstacle course—Parisian edition.| • The walls are very thin. Like, “you’ll learn your neighbors’ favorite podcast and they’ll learn your baby’s sleep schedule” thin. Unfortunately, our toddler had some Parisian meltdowns (he’s two, he’s allowed), and we’re pretty sure someone in the room next door was Googling how to file a noise complaint in French. If you’re traveling with a child, maybe drop off some apology macarons at check-in, just in case.| • Not a ton of room to spread out, but that’s pretty typical for central Paris hotels. We made it work, but minimalism hits different when your toddler decides to unpack everything in 30 seconds.||In short: it’s modern, it’s well-located, and it gave us what we needed for our Paris adventure. Just be prepared for some construction-related logistics and consider whispering after 9pm.||Would we stay again? Yes—but next time we’ll request a top-floor room, pack noise-canceling headphones, and maybe leave the baby with the...

Read moreLove this hotel. Stayed here multiple times. First time I stayed here I rebooked 3 times that week and tried many different rooms. Stayed in the eiffel suite twice, great room for a great price. Second time Joash the guy with excellent customer service, upgraded me as the hotel was fully booked. Anastasia lovely lady, always looked after me in the mornings and took my morning photos of me. Hotel also gave me flowers on my birthday. Hotel bakes great fresh cakes and pastries daily, their cake is one of a kind and they have these lovely lil homemade cookies. They always took care of my bags the 5 times I checked out of there. My safe in my room was not functioning for some reason and they looked after my important things including cash in the rhythm ceptions safe (my belongs untouched always). Great location for restaurants and eiffel tower. Close to train station, many patisseries a mcdonalds for late night snacks. Local bars and eateries are open to 1.30am on weekdays. Great atmosphere. Hotel was always clean. I'm a germaphobe, I hate dirty or dated hotels. This hotel is spotless always and has a great decor. Lovely big windows towards front of building. Eiffel tower suite has a beautiful bathroom, water pressure can be a pain (hopefully sorted by now). Again thanks to maison 46 and Joash for making my stay great while I visited Paris twice this year. Hopefully Joash you have invested in some...
