I gave capri three stars, because I am going to assume that today was just an unlucky day. I must say however, the focaccia I’ve ordered was quite bad, the dough seemed bad, it tasted like it was a few days old already, maybe even frozen before. It was also dry and overall not like focaccia should be at all, even though we had to wait about 20-30 minutes for it. Also, they only accept cash. Overall the service was nice though and their cakes look very lovely.

Der Ort liegt nahe einer Bushaltestelle, heißt man kann sie mit Leichtigkeit erreichen. Man kann sowohl drinnen als auch draußen sitzen und sein Eis oder andere Gerichte verspeisen. Im Frühling/Sommer empfehle ich es sich draußen einen Platz zu nehmen. Es gibt eine relativ große Auswahl an Eisbechern, Eisdrinks, Alkohol und auch andere Mahlzeiten. Die Bedienungen sind sehr kompetent und freundlich, der Service allgemein ist schnell und zuverlässig. Dazu muss man sagen, dass die Öffnungszeiten gut sind, denn das Café hat bis 23 Uhr offen. Heißt man kann auch spät abends noch was bestellen.

Wir kamen zufällig hier vorbei – und fanden eine wohltuende Oase in der Hitze vor. Die Bedienung ist flott und nett – und der bestellte Erdbeerbecher war gigantisch und über und über mit frischen Erdbeerhälften gespickt. Auch der Eiscafé war sehr lecker und sein (nicht ganz kleines) Geld wert. Top ist natürlich an Sonnentagen die Freifläche vorm Eiscafé – aber da dort kein Platz mehr frei war, fanden wir auch die weichen und plüschigen Sitze innen sehr angenehm und temperaturmäßig auch noch gut auszuhalten. Durchaus eine Empfehlung!

We love Capri! We come to Baden-Baden 3-4 times a year and each time we have lunch here. It’s great all year round. In summer, their ice creams are delicious and there are lots of choices. In colder months, we love their quiche and their soups. Also, their cakes are amazing. We especially like the Sacher Torte ❤️ We also always ask for a fresh orange juice, which is delicious each time and very healthy. How is it possible that I've been going to Baden Baden for years but I just discovered Capri today?

The cheese cake is OUT OF THIS WORLD there. It's the best I've ever had!! Bar none. It's as fluffy but tasty and creamy as culinary poetry...

If you visit Baden Baden, do yourself a favor and go get cheese cake at Capri.
