Chrysanthi Studios Lindos — Attraction in Municipality of Rhodes

Unfortunately, we had a very unpleasant experience during our 5-day stay at this place.

We were staying for 5 nights while visiting Lindos for a wedding. On the 3rd night of our stay, we returned at 4 AM and, unfortunately, did not lock the door from the inside—a mistake we deeply regret.

The next morning, at 10 AM, we realized that some of our valuable items were missing—a bracelet my wife had worn that night and earrings she had worn the day before, which were left on the table near the entrance.

We searched everywhere, multiple times, trying to figure out how two different pieces of jewelry, worn on different days, could disappear on the same night. After an hour of searching, we contacted the owner to report the situation.

Later that evening, the owner reached out via WhatsApp, suggesting that we might have misplaced the items, which added to our distress.

We decided to report the incident to the police, even though there was no sign of forced entry.

On the last day of our stay, while we were checking out and packing, we were surprised to find the items neatly grouped together in the luggage I had thoroughly searched twice.

When we stepped outside the room to check out, I asked the owner how many staff members have access to the room. At this point, she became very upset and told us that if we left a negative review, we would face legal action. She then asked us to leave the property immediately.

We had the most amazing stay at Chrysanthi Studios. We have visited Lindos many times and this was one of our favourite places to spend the week. You can't get a better location - just a five minutes walk to Pallas beach and a stone's throw away from one of the town's best restaurants (Broccolino).

The beds were extremely comfortable and the terrace / courtyard was the perfect place to chill out in the evening with a few drinks after a warm day at the beach. There was also plenty of shade providing some relief from the blazing sun when needed.

Giota and Tsabikos were the perfect hosts who went above and beyond during our stay making sure we had everything we needed. They even gifted us some Rhodesian honey to take home as a souvenir - a lovely touch.

Would recommend to anyone visiting Lindos for the first time (or the fifth time in our case!). We will...

I spent the most amazing week at Chrysanthi Studios, and I cannot wait to return. It was my first time in Lindos, and the wonderful hosts (Giota and Tsabikos) were so welcoming and couldn’t do enough for me. The beautiful Giota delivered some of her delicious home made biscuits to me, which was a lovely gesture. The location is perfect for the beach and also to wander into the town. The shower in the apartment was lovely and powerful, and the whole studio was spotless. A special mention for the bed, which was like sleeping on a cloud. Comfiest bed I have ever slept on. I was so sad to leave, and can’t wait to book my next holiday here. If I could give higher than 5...
