The panoramic view of Zakynthos is truly a sight to behold and one of the island’s most breathtaking experiences. Whether you’re standing on the cliffs of Navagio Beach or taking in the sweeping vistas from the island’s higher vantage points, the views are absolutely stunning. The combination of deep turquoise waters, lush green landscapes, and rugged cliffs creates a postcard-worthy scene that seems almost too beautiful to be real.
On a clear day, you can see the entire coastline stretching out before you, with small islands dotting the horizon. The view from Mount Skopos is particularly striking, offering a 360-degree perspective of the island, its bays, and nearby islands. Watching the sunset here is a magical experience, as the sky fills with vibrant hues of orange, pink, and purple.
Whether you’re a photographer, nature lover, or simply someone looking to experience Zakynthos’ natural beauty, the panoramic views are a must-see. The serene atmosphere and awe-inspiring sights make it a perfect spot to reflect, relax, and appreciate the island’s...

It's worth pushing on up the hill for ten minutes and visiting the 14th century Venetian fort. Only 4 euros to get in, a peaceful place with little left of former glories, but a nice walk with shady pines and more fabulous views. It's well paved but steep on the bottom third, so...
Read moreNice vantage point where you look over Zakynthos Town. You can see a piece of mainland and all kinds of things happening on the water.
During our stay it was still quiet on Zakynthos and therefore no problem to park your car here. There is not a lot of parking space so in high season it will be more difficult to find one.
Church and restaurant nearby and also possibility to visit the old castle a little higher up. Good to walk to from there.
All in all, nice piece to see...
