We used to come here weekly when living nearby for an excellent and very fresh dairy selection, good fresh bread, a little pricey, but good (and very friendly) fishmonger, good produce, excellent pickles and - on Saturday especially - many small producers with produce, homemade goods in jars and bottles, fruit, flowers, eggs, sprouts, dairy and processed meat. In the park local vendors and villagers sell fruits, cheese, salami and garden products. You will notice entrance to the hall where vendors selling salami, pastries, freshly baked bread and many other things. If you would like to try some Hungarian dish for a reasonable price there are a few canteens you can chose from. Probably they won’t speak English and the menu is on Hungarian so get ready with a dictionary! ;) I believe, if you would like to try locally food and get a vibe, it’s a nice and friendly place to shop/eat.
