Dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Imperio Residence unfortunately my experience fell far below my expectations.During my stay, I encountered several issues that significantly impacted my comfort and satisfaction: * Cleanliness: The cleanliness of the room was unsatisfactory. The bathroom was slippery, the floor was dusty and sticky, and I observed baby cockroaches in various areas of the accommodation.Bed linens were visibly soiled with hair and stains. * Maintenance: malfunctioning appliances such as the fan, which had a spoiled battery, and a lack of TV signal, which was not communicated to me prior to booking. * Misrepresentation of Amenities: I booked a room advertised as a queen studio, but upon arrival, I discovered that it consisted of two single beds joined together. This was not what was advertised, and it made sleeping arrangements uncomfortable, especially with my child. * Poor Management and Communication: The lack of cleanliness, maintenance issues, and discrepancies in the amenities provided indicate a lack of attention to detail and poor management. Additionally, the communication from the receptionist regarding the bed arrangement was unsatisfactory. * Parking Fees: It came as a surprise that there was no mention of parking fees in the booking information. I was required to pay RM6 per entry for parking, which was an unexpected additional expense. Unfortunately, my experience at Imperio Residence Seafront did not meet these expectations. I have attached photos documenting the cleanliness and maintenance issues I encountered during my stay for your reference. As a paying customer, I expect a certain standard of cleanliness, maintenance, and transparency regarding the amenities provided.

I am a tourist visiting Malacca but unfortunately it is quite a disappointing experience after staying here in Imperio Residences. The reason we picked this place is because it offers self check-in / express check-in on Agoda. However no instructions were given to us prior to our check in date hence as soon as we arrived we drove directly into the parking lot which costed us RM6. We contacted the host and was told that we are at the wrong tower and that we should drive out to the convenience store below the residences to collect our keys so we exited from the parking lot and had to re-enter the parking lot after we checked in but we did not expect that every entry into the parking lot would cost us RM6. Upon entry into our first room, the hygiene standards took us by surprise. The garbage in the room was still sitting under the kitchen sink in the cabinet which let out an unpleasant aroma. The floor was dusty and sandy. There was even garbage under the bed. There were food scraps in the microwave. We requested for a different room but then found out the air conditioner in the second room was not functioning. We then moved to a third room and although we reserved a room with a queen bed, we were actually given two single beds that were aligned next to each other. There were no toiletries available. We can only say that this was a very dissatisfying experience although the staffs were polite. Would unfortunately not recommend.

Booked a Nightmare: My stay was a disaster I booked a two-day stay at this residence based on promising reviews and lovely pictures online. Unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected. In fact, it was downright awful. Here's the things on why you should skip this hotel Gross and unhygienic: The room was musty and smelled terrible. Water dripped from the air conditioner. The toilet was dirty and barely functional, with water not draining properly. False advertising: The pictures online were incredibly misleading. The furnitures was not well maintained and seemed like it’s furnitures came from the developer. The whole residential felt like a ghost town. Empty houses and an undeveloped mall. Outrageous parking fees: They charged a whopping RM6 for every entry and exit! No guest pass or flat rate was available, which felt like a total rip-off. One night was enough for me. I packed my bags and headed home, vowing never to return. The only plus point The kind and professional front desk staff. The guy who handling guests was incredibly polite and offered me a different room when I decided to check out early. Unfortunately, I'd already made up my mind to chck out early. Honestly, save your money and consider a different hotels. Trust me, you'll thank me later. P.S. If zero stars were an option, I'd give it in a heartbeat!

First impression of the place and the service by My Perfect Host was far from perfect.

We didn't receive any welcoming message prior to our arrival (which they said they would send a couple days before we checked in), so we went straight into the parking and faced the challenge of finding the lobby.

Gigantic building with 2 towers, at a good location with magnificent view!||Check-in was a pain. Drove up the entry ramp but no signage. Went around looking for the counter/ office. Directed by security to call the number. So much so for "express check-in".||City View Queen Studio was "OK" but not what you would expect from a perfect host:|1. lack of room facility.
