Dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Imperio Residence unfortunately my experience fell far below my expectations.During my stay, I encountered several issues that significantly impacted my comfort and satisfaction: Cleanliness: The cleanliness of the room was unsatisfactory. The bathroom was slippery, the floor was dusty and sticky, and I observed baby cockroaches in various areas of the accommodation.Bed linens were visibly soiled with hair and stains. Maintenance: malfunctioning appliances such as the fan, which had a spoiled battery, and a lack of TV signal, which was not communicated to me prior to booking. Misrepresentation of Amenities: I booked a room advertised as a queen studio, but upon arrival, I discovered that it consisted of two single beds joined together. This was not what was advertised, and it made sleeping arrangements uncomfortable, especially with my child. Poor Management and Communication: The lack of cleanliness, maintenance issues, and discrepancies in the amenities provided indicate a lack of attention to detail and poor management. Additionally, the communication from the receptionist regarding the bed arrangement was unsatisfactory. Parking Fees: It came as a surprise that there was no mention of parking fees in the booking information. I was required to pay RM6 per entry for parking, which was an unexpected additional expense.
Unfortunately, my experience at Imperio Residence Seafront did not meet these expectations.

We didn't receive any welcoming message prior to our arrival (which they said they would send a couple days before we checked in), so we went straight into the parking and faced the challenge of finding the lobby.
Upon finding the lobby and check in booth, the service staff was so uninterested and non-chalantly answered our request for an early check in. He didn't even greet us or look at us when he answered us. Not very welcoming; you could feel like he hated his job.
We checked in later in the day after attending an in town, and the woman service staff was a lot friendlier.
Unfortunately, the staff was not the only thing that needs improvements. When we entered the unit, you could tell that the floors weren't the cleanest. The AC remote was barely functioning and the AC was lukewarm - most likely needs to be serviced and the filters washed.
My friend and I were lowkey excited about the tub and the nook by the window, but while the tub felt clean, the nook was sticky and not cleaned.
The toilet had the smell of not being washed and cleaned thoroughly and like it had the lingering smell of urea. The shower head was really dirty and I didn't want to know if the rain shower head was any better.
Thank goodness the beds were clean (at least it looked like it). However, my friend noticed that the induction cooker was still on when she walked over to the kitchen area to put a drink into the fridge. That was really hazardous.

Directed by security to call the number. So much so for "express check-in".||City View Queen Studio was "OK" but not what you would expect from a perfect host:|1. lack of room facility. No floor towel, face towel, drinking glass, water jug, dishwashing liquid, tea towel, kitchen cleaning cloth, etc. Full kitchen? No! There's a long list of items for the room and their charges if found. However, many items weren't present.|2. Cleanliness - 2 mugs provided, with heavy stain inside and outside, mould (lots) along bath tub edges, ants as co-host.|3. Functionality - several lights not working, no shelf for toiletries, toilet roll holder faulty.||The building?|1. lack of ventilation at lift lobby and all hallways; |2. lack of signage in general. If they existed they were hard to be seen; |3. car park charges RM6 per entry 🤦♂️. Alternative is valet parking at RM20 per day; multiple entries and exit. |4. Car park was poorly lit. On level 6, there's only one Exit sign when you drove around enough to discover it. |5. The lower floors were all deserted. |6. Lack of pedestrian access from the street to the building. ||Now, the plus: |1. Pool with good view; |2. Room with good view + WiFi + powerful air conditioning.|3.
