Highly recommended if anyone looking for genuine leather. Shop is basically run by a family (Hari and his parents) and one of the kindest and sweetest people which one can come across. My first visit was just a casual visit and even though the owner Hari is sure that i just visiting and not gonna buy thing, his response was very impressive and clarified all my doubts with paitence and attended with best possible way with good eye contact with that sweet smile till i exit from the shop. The quality of handling customer at his highest quality with full satisfaction👏. Since i got impressed with the quality of leather,i started to buy few things like Sandals, Belt and Clarks one by one since a year and it's really worth it. The good part is the way the entire family handle the customer with that patience, recommendation and they understand what we are looking and then they will explain based on our requirements with that sweet smile. Trust me, if anyone reading this actually it's really really worth it and surely if any one ask me for any leather shops specially for Jackets and Bags without hesitation i will suggest Leather Kart...

I’ve been a customer of Leather Kart in Jayanagar and have purchased 4 pairs of footwear from the shop so far. At first, the owner Mr. Hari appears innocent and approachable, but over time, his true attitude becomes clear.

Last year, I bought slippers for my dad, and within a few days, the toe strap stitching came off. My dad got it repaired outside. When I mentioned this during my next visit, the owner told me that it could have been repaired for free under warranty if we had brought it back.

In October 2024, I bought a pair of flip-flops for my husband before we traveled to the Gulf. While there, the side stitches tore. We gave them for repair in April once we returned, but the repaired pair was never returned. Instead, they gave a replacement but charged us again, promising to return the original pair later. Despite visiting the store 3–4 times, we never got the shoes back, and the owner started speaking very rudely.

Walking into Leather Kart as someone with almost no knowledge about leather products, (especially when they were about to close, with only the owner and a staff member around) I was genuinely surprised by how warm, welcoming, and informative they were. The owner and staff patiently explained every little detail about the products, helping me understand and appreciate the craftsmanship.

What stood out the most was how they prioritized my satisfaction over a sale. Despite my budget constraints and initial hesitation, the owner went out of his way—literally going above and beyond—to ensure I didn’t walk away disappointed. He adjusted the price just so I could take home something I truly wanted.
