EthnicZuri — Attraction in Kerala

I came to know about Ethnic Zuri after watching a YouTuber’s video- Saranya Nandakumar. I came to India from US to attend a wedding and wanted to stitch dresses for my kids aged 11 and 13. When I first went to Ethnic Zuri , I was welcomed by the owner Sameera with a warm smile and patiently listened to what I needed. She then discussed with the designer Anjana and I gave them some references. With the reference and my needs in mind , they started drafting the dresses. They gave me suggestions and also listened patiently my needs as well. They were also open to my suggestions and also guided me through the right path. I needed four materials stitched in a week and they made it on time. I was little skeptical at first if the stitching and design would come out well since I gave the kids dimensions because they were out of town. Every time when they had some questions , they contacted me through WhatsApp or call me and was very punctual. They gave me suggestions for different material types and helped me choose one. They gave the stitched material on time as discussed in the first meeting. On the trial day, they were helping us fix any last minute changes with a happy face. Overall I am a very happy customer and I would suggest ethnic Zuri for any occasion. I was looking for an Ajrakh duppatta and came across EthnicZuri's instagram handle. They had really beautiful mirror work duppatta. Though the colour I was looking for not available on their website, I took a chance to call them and ask and I was lucky to find the colour I wanted and ended up buying a saree and a kurti which I ordered them all through whatsapp. Sensing the reluctance and sense of doubt, as I had really bad experience with a well-known insta handle, the lady patiently replied to all my queries. I ordered on Friday and already received the package on Tuesday, which was surprising... Not forgot mentioning the package was delivered to Bangalore. The duppatta and a saree turned out to be a stunner. It's much more beautiful than actual pictures and videos. Kurti is decent, too, and I would recommend going ur usual size.
