Very gd place for shopping watching movie and alot of variety of food to choose for maken.. With alot of hotel nearby ... But my own personal experience from last Saturday nite was the first time in my life of visting batam since 7years ago i started coming was the worst part spoilt my hoilday mood and my children got scared because of this incident . To cut it short this trip i was staying in nagoya hotel so after bringing my family for maken and shopping we book a cab to bring us bk as it was 9plus As far as I noe there is cab service inside bcs but if we don't wan we can book online rite.. I book bluebird taxi service and I purposely walk from bcs mall with my family to the petrol station ahead of bcs mall at least 1.5km or 2km away.. Why the local cab service provider which is inside bcs why chase us all the way which I Don not noe they follow us all the way is wen we wan board our taxi 4guys came running shouting at us and demanding us to get out of the bluebird taxi that we booked.. And say bluebird taxi not allow to pickup passengers here all onli can use the in house cab service provider inside bcs and ask the bluebired taxi to go . So we got off and I ask the them why bluebired taxi cannot take us is our choice since we all so far away from bcs mall . We can chooce any taxi on the road rite what is wrong.. With that they say is their rule . Luckily another bluebired taxi stop and ask us what happen because my two small children was sacred by this stuipd confrontion was crying away and we were all stranded by the highway roadside . The kind driver told us to go inside his cab ignoreing their scolding and before we get to move away they even kick at the taxi headlight showing their unhappiness .. Can bcs mall management look into it pls.. Even nagoya mall also same inside they have their inhouse taxi service I understand but if u wan book grab or other services or Online must walk outside of the mall ... Outside by the main roadside can already .most importantly they don't have ppl behaving like gangster and demanding us to get out of the cab wen I was already inside with my two small kids... Bcs mall disappointing will not go bk...
Read moreBatam City Square (BCS) Mall is one of my favorite shopping spots in Batam! It may not be the newest mall in town, but it has everything you need — from affordable shopping to great food options and even entertainment.
The variety of stores is excellent, especially if you’re looking for fashion at a good price — there are lots of local boutiques, shoe stores, and accessory shops. You can really find some hidden gems here without breaking the bank. It’s also a great place to shop for gadgets, beauty products, and souvenirs.
One thing I love is the food choices — from the food stands with tasty local options to well-known cafes and restaurants. There’s something for every craving, and it’s perfect for hanging out with friends or family after shopping.
There’s also a cinema on the top floor, a massage area, and even a supermarket, so it’s super convenient if you want to run errands or just spend a relaxed afternoon.
Overall, BCS Mall might not be super fancy, but it’s lively, affordable, and has a very local charm. Definitely worth a visit whether you’re a...

Batam City Square is a deceptively large shopping mall offering a wide variety of goods.
The basement area is dedicated mostly to mobile phones and accessories with several small hubs plying for your trade. What is very useful here is that BCS is wheel chair friendly as there is access for wheel chairs from the basement car park via conveyer escalators and lifts.
There is a very popular supermarket for groceries on the 1st floor as well as bakery and a specialist cake stall.
The first floor also has an atrium area where there's always something going on. The noise tough does tend to be a little too much at times.
For the most part BCS caters for those looking for smaller shops. Watches, hand bags and clothes make up a major part of what's on offer but with so many smaller retailers there's a bargain around...
