We have decided to stop patronizing this spa due to an unpleasant encounter with two front desk staff named Yati and Silvi (not the usual few we know).
Incidence happened consecutively over two days with these two ladies. We were regulars at this spa, we always make our reservations well ahead of time and always on-time for our massages and spa treatments. Never had any issues with their previous front desk staff nor our regular masseurs Tika, Fabi and Linda. Though it took us some time to find our preferred masseurs.
To the owner/s and person in-charge of this spa: If you deem customer service is vital to your business and value customers’ feedback, it would be nice to have your front desk staff to be more customer oriented. After our first session of massage, before leaving the premises we made reservations for the next day requesting for the same room, which these two ladies on duty agreed. When we came by the following day, they refused to honor what was promised with some excuses that we did not place a deposit for the room and all the rooms were taken up. We do not appreciate being treated and taken for granted that we will stay your customer forever. Is good to have new customers but one should also sustain and maintain the same level of service to your regular customers. This review is a genuine effort for you to improve your customer service. Read moreI made a booking for 2 person one day before the appointment date at 2pm 31/12/2022. It's for hair colouring n shoulder massage. We were seated at 2.20pm to choose the colour.Apparently there is only one lady hairstylist and therefore delayed the process. She had to do total of 6 person for which she has to cut,colouring.The colouring for my daughter started only half and hour later and for myself around 4.20pm. Staff management is not handled professionally. It seems there is no communication for the change shift of your front desk staffs. How can you allow walk ins without confirming with customer if they have made booking or not,when u know you have only one staff to manage. I do not fault Ur hairstylist cos she is working damn hard to earn her money. I am a regular to spa secret. It wasn't like this when u had staff like dian and mega. Read morePaid for 90 minutes, walked away after 50. The room temperature is 18 degrees celsius. I was shaking from cold during the whole procesure. They dont close the curtain if a man is inside. So expect you will have regular visitors waving at you and saying hello while trying to enjoy the massage. It’s 8 pm and the place is full of small childrena and rude people that are talking noisy like in a train station. The staff considers it as normal since this has been going on since the first minute I entered the place. The massage under average. Place between your knees and your chest is probably forbidden since 90% of time is focused on hands and calves. On top of everything, I was put to the room next to the toilet. Prople were going in and out all the time, checking me out through the open curtain.
