10/10 ✨💫
Service : this restaurant had a good service, we went here Saturday night and it feels amazing when all the staff are welcome you with friendly, They such have a good smile and also they serve us without any different even though we local. Bcs sometimes there are a lot of restaurant gave the different service when they see local people.
All the waitre/waitress are very awesome, THEY ALSO VERY KIND AND THEY CARE WITH US. They even notice when my menu get wet AND THEY JUST CHANGE IT WITH THE NEW ONE (I doesn't notice it for real). It's such a good experience.
All the kitchen staff are very calm, no such a noisy or loud voice. And also I can see they using a spoon to put some seasoning in our dish, such a good manners.
Place : I can see the place it's very clean and also they have a dog, a real fluffy doooggggg. Their kitchen also clean an organize, the way they platting our food they handle our food with care.
They using AC so u will not getting over heating. The music is giving a good vibes.
Food : We ordered Tiramisu, IT'S REALLY AMAZING, THE TASTE IS AWESOME. I've tried a lot of tiramisu around uluwatu and this restaurant serve the clasic one. They serve cream tiramisu, the Rum is tasty I can taste it in my throat and it's not really strong. The mascarpone and the coffee is balance also the lady finger is very soft.
We tried sticky toffee and for me it's really complex taste, but the taste overall are balance. To me personally it's to sweet, but they using croissant ice cream it makes balance, because salted caramel its already sweet and also I think they using brown sugar, it makes really good.
Both of my friend ordered chicken skewers, green salad + French vinaigrette it's good enough. But maybe the chicken skewer it's to burn lil bit so it make our dish a little bit bitter. Overall the greens is awesome
I recommend you all to visit this restaurant, they really have a fast casual concept restaurant with open kitchen, so you can see all the kitchen staff here. We went here for a dinner and the vibes are really comfy, they using low light for the lamp to make us more romantic and enjoy.
It's such a good experience thank you for handle us...
Read moreWe were really looking forward to Artisan after reading so many great reviews and seeing their polished social media. We made a reservation and showed up excited. The place wasn’t packed at all, so we were surprised when the experience immediately started off on the wrong foot.
The waiter initially seated us directly behind someone smoking a cigarette. We asked politely if we could move, and he told us we could choose any table—which was fine—but from that point on, the staff’s attitude completely shifted. Cold, borderline annoyed, and uninterested.
We sat down and waited a while just to get menus or be asked if we wanted drinks. The woman who brought us water didn’t say a word—no smile, no greeting. I asked how she was doing just to be polite, and she responded with a “fine” and a look like I’d just asked something ridiculous.
Food took longer than expected, even though the place wasn’t busy. My husband ordered the “char-grilled chicken” which came out dry, overcooked, and without a hint of char—he literally couldn’t cut through it. My fish was okay, but slightly oily and bland. We ordered side salads that tasted like bagged lettuce tossed in an overpowering mustard-heavy dressing, covered in seeds. The house pickles were flavorless and forgettable.
No one checked on us during the meal. At the end, my husband mentioned the chicken was dry—not asking for anything, just giving honest feedback. The waiter said he’d show the chef, then came back with “that’s how the chicken is supposed to be.” Great.
It took forever to get the check—again, had to flag someone down. We really wanted to love this place, but between the cold service, dry food, and total lack of hospitality, we won’t be returning. There are too many better options in Bali to waste...
