We went today and what a start. We ordered starters for chips and they brought it half uncooked. Surely they should check the food beforehand if this is to up to standard. For mains we ordered chickpeas burger and the patty came uncooked too had to send it back. My kids ordered miso soup x2 my daughter tried this was awful flavour. My son didn’t even touch his . We ended up arguing saying we only pay for what we eaten . The restaurant lady was not happy with us. There’s was no customer service or anything like this instead saying to us you must to this to all the restaurants? We told her all others restaurants we been too we’re all up to standard. We didn’t have any issues with other places. She was not willing to meet as half way either at the end we said we only pay for what we eaten which one tablespoon of soup and drinks. This was the worst experience we had going there. Not going to return back either as ended up paying for the stuff that we didn’t even have . I would not recommend this...

I really appreciate that this is a fully vegan/vegetarian restaurant – that’s a great concept and definitely needed more in the world.

Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end.

First of all, they try to buy good reviews by offering a 10% discount if you post a review on the spot. That feels incredibly dishonest and makes all the glowing reviews on here very questionable.

Service-wise, we were seated and handed menus – only to be told after we tried to order that they were out of rice. Given that rice is a base ingredient in most of the dishes, it would have been nice (and fair) to mention that from the beginning.

The drinks (fresh juices) were fine but absolutely nothing special.

The tofu bowl was incredibly disappointing – the tofu itself was completely tasteless. Honestly, I’ve had much better tofu in restaurants that aren’t even vegetarian-focused.

Considering the lackluster food, bland flavors, and overall experience, the prices are way too high...
