I had such a great breakfast at Baked Uluwatu! The scrambled eggs were perfectly creamy, just the right texture, rich without being heavy. You know it’s good when you can’t stop taking bites. The Pain au Chocolat was a perfect balance of flaky and buttery, with just the right amount of chocolate oozing out, definitely a must-try for any pastry lover. The Kouign Amann was easily one of the best I’ve had, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, with just the right amount of caramelized sweetness. And let’s talk about their sourdough, it’s absolutely fantastic. Crusty on the outside, soft and tangy on the inside, making it the perfect base for anything from butter to avocado. As for the coffee, both the iced and hot cappuccinos were spot on. The iced cappuccino had that perfect cool, refreshing kick, and the hot cappuccino? Smooth, creamy, and comforting, the kind of coffee that makes you want to sit there a little longer and soak in the vibe. Speaking of vibes, Baked has the perfect atmosphere, quiet, relaxed, with a bit of Bali’s chill energy. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to linger. Oh and the Yuzu tea was a refreshing, citrusy treat, cutting through the richness of the pastries and eggs. And the service was excellent, attentive without being overbearing, which made the experience even better. Overall, Baked Uluwatu really nails it with the food, vibe, and service. It’s one of my go-to spots for a laid-back, delicious...

Baked Uluwatu is a beautiful, fresh, and vibrant café with a great atmosphere—new, stylish, and full of light, perfect for a relaxed breakfast or brunch.
We ordered: ✔️ A charcoal-activated juice and a blue spirulina juice—both refreshing and well-prepared. ✔️ A Spanish tortilla with bacon, which was surprisingly good—the bacon was incredible. ✔️ A classic French omelette, and honestly, one of the best I’ve had in all of Bali—fluffy, delicate, and full of flavor.
I originally wanted to try their açaí bowl, but they were already out of it. So here’s a tip: come early if you’re hoping to get açaí—it runs out fast.
Instead, I went for the cardamom granola, which was visually nice but quite small in portion, and honestly not very satisfying for the price.
Speaking of price: our total was around 250K–300K IDR, which felt a bit high considering the overall portions and service. The staff were okay, but the attention could have been more engaged and warm.
