Le Ondine Beach Club — Restaurant in Capri

I recently spent the day at this beach club and it was nothing short of spectacular. From start to finish, everything about the experience was flawless and truly deserving of five stars.

The setting itself is breathtaking—a pristine stretch of coastline with crystal-clear waters and soft sand, paired with stylish lounge areas that create the perfect balance between relaxation and luxury. The sunbeds were extremely comfortable, with plenty of space between them for privacy, and the umbrellas provided just the right amount of shade. It never felt overcrowded, which made it easy to fully unwind.

The service was impeccable. Staff members were attentive without being intrusive, always ready with a smile, quick to bring fresh drinks, and genuinely invested in making sure guests had the best possible time. The menu exceeded expectations too. From fresh seafood dishes to light salads and refreshing cocktails, everything we tried was beautifully presented and packed with flavor. It’s clear the beach club takes pride in both quality and detail.

Another highlight was the music—upbeat yet relaxing during the day, transitioning into a livelier vibe in the afternoon as the sun began to set. The atmosphere naturally shifted into a more social, energetic scene while still maintaining its elegance.

Great little place with private sun loungers and umbrellas where you can leave your stuff and be secure in it being ok while you go for a swim. Only reasons review isnt 5 star is, they won’t let you order Caprese signature dish, Caprese Ravioli to your sun lounger, even though you can order other pasta dishes to your lounger, so don’t know why you can’t order that specific one but you can’t. They say you have the sun lounger until 6pm, so you could go in at 10am and spend 8 hours here theoretically but realistically at 4:30pm they start dismantling the the ramp that goes into the ocean, so you’ll listen to really loud banging on metal with hammer for 30 mins, they take your umberella off you at 4:30pm, so while you have the sun lounger until 6, the umbrella is taken away earlier (the sun is starting to move behind cliffs so it’s not an issue just weird to leave to go to toilet and umberella gone with no notice) and he starts asking everyone to start paying there bill between 4:30pm - 5pm so while you can stay until 6, there actions make it seem like you better leave soon as we...

Would truly rate this 0/5 if I could simply because of the terrible and rude service of the staff. We went to ask to hire two sun beds, which were very expensive to begin with (20€ / person) and were completely ignored after asking the question, both us and another client. Right after yet another couple got up and left their food untouched because of the very rude service. Once we decided to leave a few hours later we went to the changing cabins and the CLEANING LADY was interrogating us if we paid to be there or not and demanding our receipt which we were not told to keep by anyone. Once we finally showed it to her, she started screaming at other people making them extremely uncomfortable. I have no idea how this place has 4.1 stars seeing as in the 2 1/2 hours we were there we heard at least 6 people complaining about the service.
